What do you like best about Recognize?

Makes it easy and fun to recognize colleagues. Also keeps us on our toes for reasons we ought to recognize our peers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

There doesn't seem to be and easy way to get notified whenever someone on my team is recognized. I want to review and chime in but it would benefit from notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am more likely to recognize efforts my team makes beyond just doing their job. This is helpful to me as a manager and motivates my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
