## Recognize Reviews
 ### 1. A Great Way to Uplift People and Celebrate Good Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva J. | Behavioral tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It gives you the chance to uplift people and let them know they’re doing a great job.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Nothing much to add—I love it. I really enjoy letting people know to keep up the work and that they’re doing good.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize addresses the challenge of inconsistent employee recognition and the lack of visibility into team contributions. In many organizations, recognition is handled manually, gets overlooked, or isn’t tracked in a meaningful way, which can lead to lower morale and disengagement. When appreciation isn’t documented or shared, it also becomes harder for leadership to understand performance and reward employees fairly.

Using Recognize gives me a more structured, consistent way to acknowledge contributions across the team. It supports a culture of appreciation, improves communication, and helps keep everyone aligned around goals and achievements. On a personal level, it’s easier for me to stay motivated and feel valued, and it also gives me a simple way to recognize others in real time.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> That’s wonderful, Eva! We’re glad you’re enjoying it and spreading positivity. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 2. Love this easy to use team member recognition program!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay A. | Channel VP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Ease of use.
Fun badges already named.
Positive vibes it creates when someone gives and receives a badge, compliment, kudos, etc!
It's a refreshing surprise when you find out someone has also recognized you.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It would be great to save a few of my personal comments and sayings so I could copy and paste the kickoff and then add the add'l info, but it's great overall and I love using it.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has the ability to contribute to a more positive and thoughtful culture with our organization. It's a chance to surprise someone with a public show of specific recognition vs. in a 1:1 or team call. The entire organization can view these, which is nice.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Love hearing that it’s been such a positive experience for you! Saving personal comment templates is a great suggestion. We’ll keep that in mind. Thank you!

 ### 3. Recognize Makes Shoutouts Easy and Boosts Team Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerome C. | Image Processing Associate II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

What I like best about Recognize is how easy it makes it to celebrate the people around me. I love being able to give a quick shoutout when someone goes above and beyond, it feels genuine and meaningful. It’s also really motivating to see the great work happening across the team and to know we’re all supporting each other. I really love this idea where you can say something to anyone in the organization about the good works or contribution. It really boost morale and make everyone inclusive.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Sometimes I forget to use Recognize when things get busy. I know it’s important, but in the middle of a hectic day, it can slip my mind.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize solves the problem of appreciation getting overlooked in the middle of busy workdays. It gives us an easy way to call out great work in real time instead of waiting for formal reviews.

For me, that means I feel more connected to the team and more aware of the great things happening around me. It’s motivating to both give and receive recognition, and it helps create a more positive, supportive environment.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Jerome! We’re glad it’s been helping boost morale and connection across your team. Even quick shoutouts make a big difference. Keep us posted if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 4. As a Client Service Coordinator I have learned the skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Recognize makes it easy for employees to appreciate each other in real time making it a seamless part of the daily workflow. Integrating with tools like Teams and using a points system keeps people engaged and motivated to contribute and improve morale. The platform helps create a positive culture where employees feel valued without the process feeling forced or inauthentic. It helps organizations by consolidating recognition, rewards, and culture-building programs into one platform.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

What I dislike about Recognize is the fear of being judged as an introvert. Being the center of attention can be anxiety-inducing, even when it happens for positive reasons, and I find it uncomfortable to be singled out.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize is solving the problems of low employee morale, disengagement, and high turnover by providing a platform for employee recognition. The software also allows companies to create custom badges that are aligned with their core values.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We're glad Recognize makes appreciation easy. We appreciate you sharing that perspective and we'll keep it in mind as we continue improving.

 ### 5. Effortless Recognition that Boosts Team Morale

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I use Recognize to appreciate and reward team members for their contributions, and it helps make recognition visible across the organization. I love how it helps celebrate wins, reinforces positive behavior, and strengthens team morale without the hassle of manual tracking. A key feature I appreciate is the activity feed, where everyone’s recognitions show up, making achievements and shout-outs visible to the whole team. The setup was fairly straightforward too, and the integration with other tools in our workflow, like communication and HR platforms, makes it natural to celebrate wins without switching apps.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

One thing that could be improved in Recognize is how crowded the activity feed can get when multiple teams are active. It sometimes makes it harder to spot the most meaningful recognitions without scrolling. Better filtering or sorting in the activity feed would help surface the most relevant or impactful recognitions, especially in larger teams. This would make it easier to focus on meaningful moments instead of scrolling through everything.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize makes appreciation visible and trackable, solving the issue of informal recognition getting lost. It boosts morale by ensuring positive contributions are acknowledged consistently, strengthening team culture and making people feel genuinely valued.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> We totally agree! There are the teams on the left to filter on your group, but we want to make the feed more meaningful by default this year. Thanks for the feedback.

 ### 6. Diverse Recognition Categories with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marvin E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I appreciate Recognize for allowing us to give recognition to those who are excelling or simply doing what they're supposed to, especially since people often only hear feedback when there's a need for correction. I like the diversity in the recognition categories, which cover areas such as teamwork, going above and beyond, being compassionate, and being there for others. It's great how Recognize enables us to acknowledge various efforts and contributions across different domains. I also really enjoy using the points system and the ability to comment on people when they're recognized by others, which acts as a social hub for additional support and appreciation. It's very user-friendly and easy to access, making the setup process smooth and easy to start using right away.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I haven't found anything that doesn't work for me with Recognize. The only thing I think could be improved is maybe having different categories for recognizing people, like more related to social appreciation such as a good friend, care, an implementer, or someone there for mental health support.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps us give recognition to those excelling in their roles, not just when corrections are needed. It allows us to show appreciation publicly, highlighting those going above and beyond.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Marvin! We’re glad you’re enjoying the experience. More recognition categories would be a great addition; those can be customized by your company, so it might be worth sharing the idea with your admins. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 7. A Positive, User-Friendly Platform That Makes Associates Feel Appreciated

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa N. | Hospital Manager II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

This helps hospitals create a culture where our associates feel seen and appreciated is something we care so deeply about, so this means a lot! We love to have all the tools and tips to assist in creating the best associate experience.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I do not believe there is anything to dislike about Recognize. It is based around positivity and its hard to find fault in such a user friendly and much needed platform!

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think this platform is creating a easier path for leaders to recognize associates in the moment. It has had a positive impact on our team and its great to see others recognize as well in one area.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> That’s amazing, Alyssa! We love hearing how it’s supporting your team’s experience.

 ### 8. Recognizes Builds Community and Appreciation with Real-Time Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I think Recognizes an important tool in order to make employees feel more seen and appreciated on a personal level. This is even more true in the growing corporate atmospheres of this day and age. The interface allows people to be more expressive on what one of their fellow coworkers and others employees excel and and work hard to achieve. I think the ability to check and receive notifications through emails and the homepage on what people are recognizing you for is helpful. This increases a feeling of community granted the real time updates.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I think that Recognize should have a panel or a quick link to your personal Recognize notes from others somewhere on the Stream tab without clicking your points bar.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps bridge a social gap within the office when you are new and want to show appreciation to those who help you or how to give a compliment to someone you nomally aren't around.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing! We’re glad it’s helping build community and appreciation. We’re planning to redesign the stream page this year and will definitely consider your feedback. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 9. A Convenient Portal for Sharing Colleague Appreciation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alex b. | Safety Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It's nice to know when your colleagues appreciate the work you're doing. It isn't always easy to give that feedback on the spot or in person, so having a portal to do it after the fact at your own convenience helps.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

At some point it feels a little meaningless to give that feedback for certain things... But I don't necessarily put that on the shoulders of the apparatus we're using.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said earlier... Letting people know that you appreciate and acknowledge them is important. So this makes that easy. Though it isn't a perfect system and sometimes it feels like fellow employees may not appreciate the notification and the patronization feeling of an attaboy that essentially gives them only a symbolic award or token.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing, Alex. We hope recognition continues to feel meaningful in your workplace. Let us know if there’s anything we can do.

 ### 10. Customizable and Uplifting Way to Celebrate Coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany V. | Accreditation Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I really appreciate how customizable and creative Recognize is when it comes to sharing appreciation with my coworkers. I also find it very easy to access all the features when recognizing people who have made a positive impact at work. It feels good to be acknowledged by coworkers and managers, even for the smallest contributions, and I try to use Recognize as often as possible to express my gratitude. Additionally, I enjoy being able to see the recognition others receive for their efforts, as it offers a great perspective on the ways people contribute beyond my usual collaborations.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I really don't have much negative feedback about Recognize. So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize has eased my anxiety and insecurity about whether my work is helpful and appreciated by my coworkers. Everyone enjoys being acknowledged for their efforts and feeling validated, even for the smallest actions. This platform has boosted morale and fostered greater respect and kindness among colleagues, encouraging us all to work harder and strive for improvement.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> That’s fantastic, Tiffany! We’re so happy to hear how much you’re enjoying the platform. Keep us posted if there’s ever anything we can do for you.

 ### 11. Recognize Makes Achievements Visible and Celebrates My Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah M. | Veterinary Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like how Recognize allows others (and myself) to see the accomplishments I have made throughout the years. It made me feel good seeing my growth and knowing others appreciate my hard work.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I have heard that I am supposed to recover a tshirt, but have not received it yet. It would be really cool if there were options for incentives per badge earned. For example, you could pick from a tshirt, socks, extra %15 off banfield store, etc. But that’s just a random thought. I’m very appreciative of the tshirt I am supposed to receive. Lol

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows employees to retain work related information that they may have not known before interacting with Recognize.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> If you haven't received an item yet, contact our support, and we can look into it for you. Your second point is to give extra discounts in the store when you receive certain recognitions. This is a great idea we have considered, like additional access that can be unlocked. Great idea!

 ### 12. Intuitive, User-Friendly Interface with Super Handy Badges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danushka D. | Senior Consultant - ERP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It’s very easy to use and intuitive, with a user-friendly interface. The badges are especially useful for categorization and keeping things organized.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It would be better if there are more badges.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides an instant platform to express our gratitude, and it can be seen organization-wide. This adds a real human touch in a remote, dispersed working environment.

 ### 13. A Great Way to Recognize and Praise Employee Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica C. | administrative assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I love the fact that we are able to recognize employees for jobs well done. As well as praising them as they succeed

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There is nothing I dislike, I think the app is a great opportunity for employees to see each other.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees keep striving in every aspect of the job, and it makes me feel genuinely appreciated.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Love to hear that, Jessica! Thanks for the kind words. We’re cheering your team on. If there’s ever anything you need, we’re here to help.

 ### 14. Great Recognition Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artavia T. | Senior Manager of Phone Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I love that this program was incorporated right into Teams. It made it very easy to use along with my daily duties that already exist. I really like that the app sends reminders for team members who have not received any recognition. It is also very easy to use and has great features. (like the ability to transfer your points to gift cards.)

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It was a little difficult in the beginning to figure out how to send the recognition. I would like to see a tab or button for easy access to that screen.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is great for morale and an easy way to send recognition along with a nice token of appreciation (points towards gift cards).

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Artavia! We’re glad it fits so smoothly into your daily workflow. If you ever need help getting started or navigating features, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@recognizeapp.com. We’re always happy to assist.

 ### 15. Boosts Employee Morale Through Meaningful Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amar V. | Customer Success Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Engagement and boosting employee morale are so important. We don’t thank our colleagues enough for the hard work they put in during our day-to-day engagements, and it’s something we should recognise more often.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Nothing as of now. I just think it would be more effective and immediate if it worked as a plugin with Outlook, or with whatever email app the company uses.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging and motivating employees and coworkers.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Amar! We’re glad it’s helping boost engagement and morale. We actually do have an Outlook integration. Feel free to check it out here: https://recognizeapp.com/outlook

Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 16. Daily Highlights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Latia P. | Pro Tax Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It gives us as employees a chance to get to know each other. And give recognition to others that truly deserve it.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I only have good things to say at the moment.
I haven't discovered anything that I don't like.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize not only allows you to give others the recognition the deserve, it also provides much needed information.
Information that helps employees with ways to relieve your stressful work situations and to make sure you giving yourself some time for your well being.
With lots of other features that I have not mentioned, I think that Recognize will only improve.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> That’s great to hear, Latia! We’re glad you’re enjoying it so far. Let us know anytime if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 17. Recognize Makes Team Recognition Simple, Timely, and Meaningful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth A. | Client Insights and Resolution Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

We enjoy using platforms like Recognize to share positive badges because they make recognition simple, timely, and meaningful. It helps boost morale, reinforces positive behaviors, strengthens our team culture, and offers valuable insights that support our team members.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

While recognition platforms can boost morale and engagement, they need to be used thoughtfully and consistently to avoid feeling superficial or performative. Without care, they can introduce bias, lead to recognition fatigue, and create extra administrative overhead that distracts from the intent.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this platform, sending recognition in a way that could be shared across the corporation was not as easy.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Elizabeth! We appreciate you sharing this perspective. Recognition can definitely depend on how it’s used, and it’s great to see teams being thoughtful about it. We hope it continues to bring value to your team and be used thoughtfully.

 ### 18. Easy Peer-to-Peer Kudos!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor E. | Clinician Relations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

This was my first time using Recognize in a corporate setting. I liked that you could choose from private or public kudos. Peer-to-peer recognition is so important, especially as folks get busy in their day to day roles. Also, since it integrates directly with tools we already use, it fits naturally into my routine and makes giving a shout out easy!

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

One limitation that I noticed is that the reward catalog feels a bit narrow.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a tool that makes recognition feel effortless, genuine and consistent. I think that is a positive considering engagement and retention is so important.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Taylor! We’re happy to hear your first experience has been a positive one. We appreciate the note on the reward selection. Options can differ based on what the company has made available. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 19. Encouraging Recognition That Makes Hard Work Feel Seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It's definitely encouraging and uplifting to know that your hard work is being recognized.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

The downfalls of using recognize is that it is not used much, and i wish others knew how impactful it is. Even just how quickly you can write one can change someone's whole day!

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it is solving doubt in the performances within the workplace! It is benefiting me because i come to realize its boosting my confidence.

 ### 20. Empowering Platform for Peer Recognition and Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie C. | Customer Service Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I’d say what I like best about Recognize is how it creates an easy platform of appreciation. It makes people feel seen and valued. The way it consists of recognition between peers and managers really helps boost morale and engagement.
I also enjoy the points/rewards system in Recognize. This helps make recognition feel more tangible and fun.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I enjoy the Recognize platform; however, I dislike that the shout-outs do not feel as personal. Some people may enjoy a personal face to face intercation. I also enjoy the points/rewards system; however, it may seem that people will take advantage of it only to accumulate those rewards.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize is benefiting me because it helps give us a consistent way to give and track recognition, making it a regular part of the work culture. I also think it benefits me as it can help me build a case for promotions, raises, or new opportunities within my organization.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Great to hear how much you enjoy the platform, Natalie! We understand your concern about personal recognition. We hope that the value of the recognition is clear and not just about the rewards. While the rewards system is designed to motivate, we also hope that everyone will use it to appreciate each other’s efforts truly. We’d love to earn a full 5/5 from you next time! Let us know if there's anything else we can improve.

 ### 21. User-Friendly Platform That Makes Appreciating Coworkers Fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn D. | Credentialed Hospital Manager, II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The amount of badges, the simplicity of the website/user friendly, lovely way to appreciate coworkers near and far :)

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Nothing, yet! I have enjoyed sending and receiving Tail Wags!

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the lack of appreciation feeling sometimes staff can get.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Great to hear you’re enjoying it, Jenn! Let us know if there’s anything we can do to make it even better!

 ### 22. Probably the best Employee Incentive Program I have ever been a part of!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** alec w. | Senior Branch Member Account Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Recognize is the best. We use this program all the time at work to incentivize each other to be the best and most productive workers that we can be. I have seen first hand how much of an impact something as small as sending a recognition badge to your coworker has. Not only can it make someone's day, but it promotes comradery, it motivates us to do a good job in a consistent fashion, and it improves morale and makes people feel special, important, appreciated, and most importantly, seen. I think recognize is an invaluable tool, that frankly, we can never use enough! Not only that but the recognize site is extremely user friendly and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

No complaints. One change that could be made is to just add more gift card options for a larger number of stores.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize has increased productivity, morale, and motivation in my workplace. This program has single handedly made a lot of people feel like they are genuinely seen and heard on a daily basis. Recognize allows us to show appreciation for one another based on our performance. Most of all, it makes people more excited to come to work everyday. When someone is publicly recognized for their outstanding work, they are that much more inclined to do a good job. People generally just want to feel like they are appreciated and seen.

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It feels great to have a platform where you’re recognized and can also commend your colleagues for their hard work in the ABA field. It really helps you feel seen, valued, and appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I haven’t come across any downsides to this platform yet.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps address critical workplace challenges like low engagement, limited recognition and poor employee morale by offering a centralized platform for peer-to-peer recognition, rewards, and feedback

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Fantastic, Reema! We appreciate you sharing this. Let us know anytime if there’s something we can do for you.

 ### 24. Feeling Seen and Appreciated With Easy-to-Navigate Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie R. | Customer services coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Knowing that we’re being seen really makes a difference, and it genuinely feels like you’re appreciated. When we get messages and reminders of how hard we are working does help see and feel motivated as well .

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There is no down side regarding recognize is very easy to navigate

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping feeling more engaged and that benefits us and motivates us through time getting the notifications and reminders

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Angie! We’re glad it’s been easy to use. We’d love to earn a 5/5 from you next time. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do.

 ### 25. Seamless Way to Build a Positive Team Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit K. | Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

What I like best about Recognize is how simple it makes peer-to-peer recognition. Instead of recognition being a once-in-a-while thing, it’s now built right into our daily workflow with Teams integration this also ensures we use the feature frequently. Colleagues can appreciate each other in real time, and leadership gets visibility into those contributions. The rewards and points system keeps people motivated, but what really stands out is how it creates a culture of appreciation without feeling forced. It’s quick, intuitive, and genuinely improves morale.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

There’s nothing major, but the mobile experience could be a little more polished. Sometimes the notifications lag slightly, though it doesn’t affect overall usability.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Recognize, appreciation in our team was inconsistent and often went unnoticed. Now, recognition happens instantly and visibly, which has boosted morale and strengthened collaboration. By tying recognition to company values, it reinforces the right behaviours and makes our culture more tangible. The biggest benefit has been improved employee engagement and retention—people feel valued, which reduces turnover and keeps motivation high.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Ankit! We’re continuously improving the mobile experience. If you haven’t tried our app yet, feel free to download it here for smoother access: recognizeapp.com/mobile

 ### 26. Brings Teams Closer Together, Celebrating Everyone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like that it is a way to bring the teams we work in closer together and that we celebrate each person! It is easy to use when needed and easy to implement into work life.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I would say a downside to Recognize might be having to log in and out every so often in order to see notifications fully however this is just a general downside to most website emails.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the business problem of recognition for employees hard work and dedication. Sometimes it can go by unseen but with Recognize its easier to be able to appreciate someone and let them know how important they are to the team, letting them know their work doesn't go by Unrecognized.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Hey, you should not have to log in and out to see notifications. Are you talking about the mobile app or website? Write our support for more help!

 ### 27. Recognition That Rocks… With Room to Grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie H. | Senior Sales Support Specialist, Industrial Automation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like that Recognize makes it easy to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of my colleagues. It creates a positive and motivating work environment and helps build stronger team connections.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

One area for improvement is that sometimes it can feel like recognition is limited to certain teams or projects. Expanding opportunities for everyone to be recognized consistently would make it even more impactful.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps create a positive work environment by making it easy to acknowledge and appreciate coworkers’ contributions. This benefits me by increasing engagement, boosting morale, and helping everyone feel valued for the work they do.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Natalie! We’re glad things are going well so far. If logging in felt complicated, we’d be happy to help. Feel free to let us know which part gave you trouble, and we’ll assist.

 ### 29. Makes Recognition Simple and Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zubair N. | Account Executive - MM & ENT, Accounting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The way it makes recognition so simple and great.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

UX & UI could be better and some functionalities like sending reward points to your colleauges which they can claim later on could be developed as well.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is for sure helping us to boost each other and uplift morale while recognising everyone's efforts

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Zubair! We appreciate the feedback on the UX and features as we continue improving. If you’re open to it, we’d love to hear more details so we can better understand what to improve. Let us know anytime.

 ### 30. A Great Way to Show Appreciation to Co-Workers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allison S. | DME coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like that it gives me a chance to show my appreciation for my co-workers.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It can be difficult to navigate the process of redeeming the points I’ve received.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems at all—just an opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation for others, and to celebrate work milestones.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Allison! Glad you’re enjoying it. If redeeming points feels tricky, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@recognizeapp.com
We’d be happy to help.

 ### 31. This platform makes me as employee better and it's putting always a smile to my face.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Magdalena P. | SharePoint Visual developer (Contractor), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The Recognize app is easy to use and navigate. Public recognition increases visibility and acknowledges my efforts, while also promoting a culture of teamwork by celebrating everyone’s contributions.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

If managers or peers don't actively use the platform, it may feel ineffective or unimportant.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for giving presents on some birthday occasions.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Great to hear that, Magdalena! Hopefully, even more managers and peers start using it consistently so everyone feels included.

 ### 32. Simplicity that Facilitates Daily Life

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ronaldo l. | oficial manutenção mecanica, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Simplicity in describing motivations and making notes. Quick responses for everyone and views.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

little punctuation to divide, because sometimes many are deserving but such limitation prevents us from managing better, whether in quantity or limited to 2 points per recognition

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the engagement problem, which enhances the generation of identification and connection with the involved project, because for me, it has become a motivational agent to apply in improvements, as positive feedback shows us that we are getting it right, and when we do not achieve recognition, it motivates us to seek improvements.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Ronaldo! We’re glad you’re enjoying how simple and motivating it is. Just a note, the points and limits are managed by your company admin, but we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Keep us posted if there’s anything more we can do for you.

 ### 33. Review of Recognize app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolina C. | Sustainability analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

It is a very easy-to-navigate application and it really helps colleagues know when you are grateful for their support and a job well done. I use it at least once a month, and the rewards can be exchanged without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I would add more places to exchange the reward, but in general the app is easy to navigate.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate communication between employees in a more fun and direct way.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Carolina! There’s a wide selection of rewards available, though what you see can depend on what’s been made available by your company. We appreciate the feedback, and feel free to keep us posted if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 34. Professional and friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Ease of use, the platform is extremely easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I wish that you could not only allow the recognition go to the manager/people leader but also select others to see who you're recognizing and the message you input.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this platform has made it much easier to recognize people for their accomplishments. Before, my shout‑outs were only seen by the individual or their manager and weren’t stored anywhere the broader company could view or revisit. Recognize gives us a centralized, visible place for all kudos, creating a single source of truth for employee recognition.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing! Glad to hear it’s been boosting morale. Recognitions can be viewed in the company stream/feed unless they’re marked as private. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 35. Great Employee Recognition Idea, But Points Value Feels Too Low

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I think its a unique incentive for employees to better appreciate what we do for one another.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

$1 per point is really low and obviously takes forever to ever amount to anything. You should implement a policy where the employer is required to match our points. We're all underpaid and unhappy and Recognize is very much a very small bandage.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving a slightly stronger sense of comradery and teamwork among my department.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing your thoughts! The point-to-dollar value can vary, but $1 per point is actually one of the highest ratios available. The overall impact often depends on how points are distributed, and we appreciate you highlighting this. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 36. Intuitive, Customizable, and Easy to Integrate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Recognize is easy to use for both employees and administrators. It feels intuitive for users, is customizable to the business’s needs, and can integrate with other programs, such as Microsoft Outlook. The support staff has been accessible and supportive since day one.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

The customizations are so robust that sometimes there are too many menus and features in the admin portal. Luckily, it's easy to connect with the support team.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps increase visibility for high performing employees and teams. It helps our employees to feel seen and valued.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for the kind words! We’re glad our support team has been helpful. If you ever need quick guidance, you can also check our Help Center: https://faq.recognizeapp.com/hc/en-us
And feel free to reach out anytime.

 ### 37. Easy Coworker Flower Sending, But Contract Worker Recognition Is Unclear

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

You can send flowers to coworkers across large corporations without ever having to leave your office.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Recognize doesn’t seem to include contract workers, but I’m not sure whether that’s due to Recognize itself or the nonprofit I work for.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me provide rewards for the young adults I job coach. I use my points to get gift cards for them when they reach important milestones.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing! Access and eligibility can vary depending on how your organization has things set up, so that may be why contract workers aren’t included. We’d love to earn a full 5/5 from you. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 38. Effortless Recognition That Boosts Team Morale

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Interior Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Recognize makes it easy to acknowledge great work quickly and visibly. It helps managers reinforce the right behaviours in real time, boosts morale, and creates positive momentum across teams (especially useful in a global, hybrid working environment).

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Least helpful aspect is the user experience inside Teams. Authentication feels clunky and interrupts the flow, especially compared to experience with Viva. This may be related to our enterprise authentication (e.g., Okta), but from a manager’s perspective the access friction makes Recognize feel less smooth.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the gap between good work and timely appreciation :) It helps me consistently acknowledge contributions, reinforce the right behaviours, and keep teams engaged and motivated (especially across distributed teams)

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Peter! We’re glad to hear it’s been helping boost morale. We hear your frustration with single sign-on in Teams. There’s a way to greatly improve the login experience, and we’re already working on implementing it. We’ll be sure to let you know once it’s ready.

 ### 39. Empowering Recognition That Elevates Workplace Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BERNADETTE P. | Audit Support Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Recognize lets you send your appreciation to co-workers on a more personal, detailed, professional positive level then just sending an email. or a a shout out, Receiving a Recognition from "Recognize" that not only states this, a certificate/badge and reward points are included which not only makes that person feel and know they are valued and appreciated, it creates a positive work environment that we all need.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

It can explain process for redeeming points a little better.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any problems, really.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks for sharing, Bernadette! If you ever need help with redeeming points, our support team is happy to walk you through it. Just reach out to support@recognizeapp.com.

 ### 40. Excellent Tool for Recognizing Outstanding Teamwork

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L. | Title Examiner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I believe this is a valuable tool for acknowledging co-workers who have gone above and beyond, or exceeded their job responsibilities to assist others and contribute to the smooth operation of the company.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

So far, I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks with it.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize addresses the issue of employees feeling unappreciated for their efforts. By providing public acknowledgment of their accomplishments and dedication, it ensures that hard work does not go unnoticed.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Ashley! We’re glad to hear it’s been a valuable tool for your team. Let us know if there’s anything more we can do.

It's solving the challenge of recognizing employees in a way where they feel its authenticity.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Robert! Glad to hear you’re enjoying it so far. Let us know if there's anything you need.

 ### 42. Brings Co-Workers Closer with Public Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolli A. | Physical Therapy Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The way it brings co-workers closer together and allows them to show recognition in public.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I wish we could give more points away to co workers.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easyand fun way to tell people what we think about them as co workers. And having the rewards to exchange for gift cards

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Nicolli! We’re glad you’re enjoying it. The point limits are managed by your company, but we appreciate the feedback. Let us know if there’s anything we can do for you.

 ### 43. Fun and Engaging Way to Celebrate Coworkers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keirra S. | Insurance Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I enjoy being able to shout out my coworkers in a positive and very hip way. (GIFS are my fav)

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I wouldn't say that I dislike it, but having to write something in the comment box instead of just being able to send a GIF isn't something I am a fan of.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to send individual shoutouts unless I want to. I am able to see what our company is doing as a whole in other departments and that is a plus for me.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Love hearing that you’re enjoying it, Kierra. GIFs are a favorite for many! You can send a GIF in the comment section, and if you’d like help with how to do it, our support team can walk you through it anytime at support@recognizeapp.com

 ### 45. Fun and entertaining-Great for mentality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Destiny C. | Advanced Patient Care Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

The explanation and navigation of the website is fun and I love the inclusivity. The integration is into our hospital and referring other coworkers to utilize the site will be amazing. Customer support was helpful when I asked about badges.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

II do not really understand why the BADGE part is necessary. I am just beginning to use this so I am fresh to this, but I will find myself giving kudos probably multiple times a week.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time our hospital is acquiring new talent and we have lost a lot of old talent. We are struggling to gain our positive culture back. I really hope by using this engaging tool ,we can regain joy from our jobs and hopefully develop amazing work relationships and develop our new team.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Destiny! The badges are actually set to highlight specific values or achievements, but it’s great to hear you’re already recognizing teammates often.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ewan V. | Financial Planning and Analysis Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

I like that it lets you show your appreciation for other people’s work in a simple, meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

I’d like to have a wider range of rewards to choose from, so I can give something that better matches the reason the points were awarded.

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recognize helps solve the problem of underappreciation by making it easier to acknowledge and value people’s contributions.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Thanks, Ewan! We’re glad you’re enjoying the experience. We hear your thoughts on having a wider range of rewards. Availability may vary depending on what’s been made available by the company. We appreciate the feedback, and feel free to keep us posted if there’s anything more we can do.

 ### 50. A Great Way to Recognize Colleagues and Celebrate Teamwork

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Housing Compliance Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Recognize?**

Being able to recognize my colleagues in positive ways that highlight team work and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Recognize?**

Nothing really. I don't have any complaints so far !

**What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say it is creating a platform amongst the staff that isn't management where we can highlight each other's strength and support one another. Often we look to upper management for the recognition which is great but allowing a space where we can do this amongst ourselves is both encouraging and motivating.

**Official Response from Camille Escobar:**

> Fantastic, Ashley! Keep us posted if there’s anything we can do for you.
