What do you like best about Recognize?

I love that this is a software system that is easy to use. It is so nice for employees to be able to "recognize" each other so the concept is great. I like the look of the website as well. It is great that their is an app so that employees anywhere can make a recognition and also view from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

Their is not a down side that I have run into yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our organization, we had been using paper forms and posting on a bulletin board. We have full time employees who normally don't come into the office and this allows everyone to be able to participate in our recognizion program and be able to see what is being posted.
