What do you like best about Recognize?

Recognize is a quick, easy way to acknowledge peers for birthdays and anniversaries, as well as for going above and beyond to help a co-worker, a member, the community, or the company in some way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recognize?

I wouldn’t say there’s anything I dislike, but emails are sent whenever someone comments on a post in Recognize, and those additional messages can add to an already busy inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?

While it doesn’t necessarily solve a specific problem, the features in Recognize help strengthen the already strong culture in our organization. It does this by acknowledging employees’ special dates and by giving others an easy channel to shine a spotlight on an employee for their work and positive actions.
