I really love the Recognize app! It’s fantastic how easy it is to use and how it allows us to give everyone little shoutouts, making them feel special and appreciated. It creates something to look forward to and promotes encouragement, positivity, and fun within our centers. I also really love that we’re able to cash in our rewards for gift cards. Having a physical reward system makes the recognition feel even more rewarding and gives us something tangible to work toward. There’s honestly not much that I dislike about the Recognize app. Overall, I think it’s a very well-thought-out and user-friendly app. One thing I sometimes wish we had access to is a wider range of higher-point rewards to send, rather than mainly having the 10- and 20-point options. That being said, I also understand that having higher rewards to work toward gives us something to look forward to and makes earning those rewards feel even more meaningful.
