What do you like best about Recognize?

I love everything about Recognize.

The pricing feels very fair for all the features it offers. Alexia has also been the best support person ever; she guided me step by step as I customized the platform to achieve the objectives we want as a company. For us, it was especially important to have software that could integrate with Microsoft Teams, since that’s our only internal communication tool, and the integration was smooth and very helpful.

What problems is Recognize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Recognize, we were sending birthday and work anniversary reminders manually, which often led to significant human error. Now the announcements pop up automatically, so we don’t miss any.

Also, we didn’t have an organized way to reward our top-performing employees for going the extra mile or for living our core values. Recognize does this job for us by helping us recognize strong performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
