## Rebelle Reviews
  ### 1. Rebelle - A surprisingly wonderful software !!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pradeep P. | Retired Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I came across Rebelle quite accidently. I was a pleasent surprise!
Eventhough I am into the digital painting field for a long time, I have never came across such a wonderful software which gives almost real experience of drawing and painting with traditional medium. The interface is quite simple, uncluttered and very simple to use. Very easy to deploy the tools. Comes with a lot of features inbuilt. Everything is integrated into it, which is required for a traditional artist. Overall, the experience and satisfaction we get on Rebelle is very near to the traditional art methods. The setup and implementation is very easy. I downloaded a trial version and very satisfied with its performance - a real pleasure to work with and I am using it very frequently.
The customer support is very prompt and quick, which is a very good thing.
The software is very easy to integrate with.

It is beyond doubt that Rebelle is one of the best digital art tool available now.
As an artist, I love it very much!

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Nothing in particular to dislike. Some suggestions only : More tutorials to be provided. More brushes and assets to be provided. Best tutorials and best works should be felicitated on a monthly basis. Real time updates to be provided.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a digital artist, Rebelle provide me an experience which very close to the traditional drawing methods without much problems.
The output gives more satisfaction to a conventional artist who is switching to the digital art.

  ### 2. Incredible experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernando d. | Gestor Clínico / Especialista em Protese Dentária, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

True lifelike use of traditional media on a digital world. You will be very impressed with the way everything works and behaves, just like real world. Very easy to install and work from the get go. Also, it comes with a lot of tools, you wont be needing much to rock it.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

You gonna need a decent computer to run it to the max extent.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dont need to spend time cleaning brushes and buying paint and canvas. This is the best way to get digital lifelike paintings

  ### 3. Very Robust Painting App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I use Rebelle 6 Pro as a hobbyist only because of a diabling stroke. I no longer work. Since my disabling stroke I find this app comforting when occupying my time. Coming from ArtRage 6, I find Rebelle so much more customizable on both UI and brushes. I am the type of person who likes deep (almost complex) customizability. This allows more freedom in creating. That is what interested me the most. Another aspect I really like is that the paintings look better; whereas Artrage was more blocky looking (and thats' okay if that is what you want). Rebelle has a great pigment mixing mode I like. Also, the app runs really well (no crashed yet). But, for me the Water Color's "live" effects where water drips to make the paint look runny, is by far the best I have seen in a painting app. Overall, this app is a great product to use.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

For me, there isn't nothing that sticks out that is wrong with the app. Maybe its missing some cool brush types such as sponge, roller, a true knife tool and a repeating stamp tool, Considering my health situation, Rebelle was a little more than I wanted to pay, that's about it.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to paint that actaully looks like real paint.

  ### 4. Easy to use software with great paint simulations.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karina D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I really like how intuitive it is and how easy it is to get started even without watching any prior tutorials. The main controls are similar to Adobe Photoshop, making the learning process much faster. In addition, pigment mixing simulation is pretty spot on to traditional art mediums adding to the illusion of working with non-digital supplies.

Another thing I really appreciate about Rebelle is NanoPixel Technology. It's so satisfying to zoom in incredibly close and see texture instead of pixels. Frankly, it was one of the biggest selling points for me.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I won't say that I specifically dislike this, but it was a bit of a learning curve when using the Transform tool. Most other art programs I use, have it resize an object whilst keeping uniformity. So it took a few tries before pressing Shift became natural.

Also if you have an older machine, be aware of the blow tool because it might cause the software to crash. Save often!

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rebelle significantly speeds up my pipeline work. I like the look and feel of traditional paintings/drawings, and it is pretty simple to achieve desired result in less time.

  ### 5. The best experience I've ever had with drawing and painting software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thauan S. | Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I like how the software is straight to the point, I remember the first time I used it and within 30 minutes I understood almost all the tools and where everything was, the ease of use is really plausible.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I missed shape tools, but I was happy that they will bring it in version 7.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anyone can see what I'm saying: people in other software are constantly looking for new brushes and new textures and trying to find ways to make their art look more organic and natural. At Rebelle this is already part of it, giving you organic and natural results.

  ### 6. Easy to pick up and create beautiful effects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

Simple to create beautiful work that simulates watercolour very well. Brings some pleasing "randomness" to the look of digital paintings. Plenty of sliders to change to get the look that you want. Still figuring out how to make the brushes that I want, but it comes with loads and you can tweak them to your heart's content.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Close up of impasto oil paint shows the repeated shape of the brush rather than a smooth impasto paint, which can make the edges look a little jagged rather than paint like.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wanted a digital art package capable of helping me produce work that doesn't look quite so "digital" as many of the packages available. Also was very keen to use the pigment mixing option as I come from many years of traditional paint mixing, it makes it quite intuitive for me.

  ### 7. The definitive digital emulator for natural media.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Freelance Illustrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I've tried several different art programs over the years, always searching for one that provides the power and convenience of digital software with the look and feel of natural art media.
It's taken 20 years, but I've finally found it with Rebelle.
Paint and ink flow just like I'm used to when working with them traditionally, and I love that I can get convincing bleed with watercolors and real depth to impasto when working with oil or acrylics.
The lifelike canvases really elevate the entire experience, and when it comes to my digital art these days I'm almost using Rebelle exclusively.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

There's a few spot of clunkiness with the UI, like transform not constraining proportions when scaling by default (or providing an option to do so by default) and menu layouts can be a bit disorienting at first.
I also wish you could make your brushes larger, as when working with larger canvases (a 11 x 17, for example) the largest brushes are still too small to lay down large strokes en-masse.
I would also like a more intuitive control scheme for the 'Blow' tool when it comes to inks; when you use it you can tell it's working, but you don't really have a way to determine the strength of your strokes or how they're going to make the ink behave - it's all a bit of a random crapshoot.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowed me to make digital artwork that looks like my traditional artwork, and I don't have to spend a fortune in art supplies or invest as much time in waiting for glazes to cure.
There's a whole lot of convenience that comes with the power that Rebelle provides.

  ### 8. Far more than I expected!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

While this is a demanding piece of software, it gives every bit as good as it gets. Its simulation of realistic painting has fooled people on the regular into thinking that I am painting with real oils on an actual canvas, and the best part? It's really, really fun.

There's also the nanopixel export, which lets you paint at one size, and export to a larger size without degradation. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Using the pencil tools can be a little frustrating at times because the lines they leave behind can be somewhat "choppy" if you're drawing quickly; it has a time keeping up.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lots of people want traditional paintings, but the cost of materials and maintaining your stock is an awful lot. Rebelle circumvents that by being a relatively inexpensive program that provides results.

  ### 9. Best digital painting software for traditional painters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

The Rebelle software accurately emulates color mixing in real life and surpasses any other software in this regard.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

The interface is unstable, some panels do not show fully sometimes.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real-life color mixing function, and the impasto function help me a lot.

  ### 10. Beautiful, natural paint flow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

A fantastic combination of the useability of a digital painting program with the beutiful chaos of physical media

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I'd love to see a native ipad version in the future, so I can take Rebelle on-the-go

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm creating my own art for a tabletop rpg book, and it's made it so much easier for me to capture the energy of the world I'm imagioning with a unique style. The watercolours especially work in ways that I've not seen in any other digital program.

  ### 11. realistic effects for a satisfying experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

The possibility of simulating thicknes of paint and to tilt the canvas for wonderful liquid effects are incredibly nice. As a traditional watercolour painter, my collections will always be physical. Nonetheless, at work, when we need some quick and impressive solutions, I think that Rebelle will be very useful. Besides, I think I'll experiment a lot and it is possible that sooner or later I might create some digital collections too.
I also like a lot the No-subscription ownership.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

It is complex, but in time I'll be able to make use of most of the relevant features. I'm going to check some tutorials. I'm perplexed with the use of some icons too. Those symbolising the different techniques.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that the realism of the output helps a lot traditional artists in making them at home in the digital realm as well. It can be a valid support in doing some experiments before approaching the physical sheet of paper. In the real world, in particular with watercolours, mistakes cannot be mended. Therefore, if I'm thinking about a new project, before squandering real expensive paper, I can do some sketches and check more or less the effect .

  ### 12. Rebelle for the novice painter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I started Rebelle before I started painting. I still find it to be the most realistic painting software. I often use Rebelle to preview what I intend for the canvas

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

The creation of unique brushes is a little difficult to understand

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sometimes use Rebelle to experiment with colors and drawings I intend for future use on canvases. I can make a lot of mistakes on Rebelle that I couldn't make on the actual canvas

  ### 13. Great Simulation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I heard about this program during the SIGGRAPH Repainting the Spider-Verse talk. It was super interesting how they were able to re-engineer to work in 3D. I was so glad to hear it was not a subscription-based software and figured I would give it a try. The simulation holds up to the hype and is very impressive. I've been trying to find a software that mimics traditional media and many lack the realistic feel of this program. The paint in other programs feels as if the paint is just being smushed around and smeared, while this feels organic. I have not had a lot of time with this program yet, but so far I am pleased!

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I am using a Mac and depending on canvas size I have had a few issues with crashes when using the blow feature. I believe this is mainly due to the high fidelity of the simulation. I had no issues when scaling down my canvas, but hopefully this is optimized so larger canvases do not glitch.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this for personal use and have been on the search for a software that acts realistically. I was happy to see this program was in my budget as well. I have tried other software that claim to mimic traditional media and none compare to the simulation in this program.

  ### 14. Love the realistic look of the art mediums

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamez G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

The paint and ink effects are fantastic. I like the shine of the metallic paints.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

While cool, some of the behaviors are a little chaotic.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've resumed learning to draw and the more realistic behavior of the art tools is helping me want to focus on the task at hand.

  ### 15. Best for Traditional Artists

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tansheet B. | Videographer & photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

It's realistic watercolour and acrylic brushes and second the feature of blending and mixing tool is awsome. For the traditional painters, it is the best software I could ever suggest.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Didnt have any specific dislikes but more tutorials could help the learning artists to explore the software. Secondly it is a bit difficult software compared to some other digital art software, particularly for beginners. Mastering the various brushes and settings may require time and patience. Requesting for more brushes.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The realistic effect of watercolours, flowing down the canvas is the best feel and the best aesthetic an artist could get by this amazing software. It more over feels like drawing on the paper uing real watercolours.

  ### 16. Excellent Painter program. Fast, No-Lag engine.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eve Lilianne W. | Web Development Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

Having worked in Photoshop for many years, I tried various new digital painting software options and found this one to be the best. Its rendering quality and speed were superior to many of the alternatives. Despite spending a lot of hours in it, I have never had a crash, saving issue, or any of the problems that are real deal breakers for me. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Some of the add-ons are expensive, but this is the norm with this type of software now.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software gives me a lot more flexibility in creating the look I want for my finished pieces. Very easy to use.

  ### 17. Rebelle has been a transformative experience! :-)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gretchen D. | Professional Illustrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I have been using Escape Motions, Rebelle software for several years now. Before, I had worked as a traditional media illustrator and painter for 40+ years, combining watercolor, pencil, ink, etc.. to create my artwork. Now, I work exclusively with Rebelle and I cannot sing its praises high enough! Rebelle has given me the ability to truly play when I create, trying new techniques, taking chances, and becoming more daring and imaginative with my style. I never thought digital software could work better than traditional media, but I do now. It has been such a transformative experience, that I recommend it to all of my creative artist friends and colleagues. Most sincerely, Gretchen https://gretchenkdeahl.com/

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I would love to see some kind of tool that mimics linoleum block printing. Other than that, it is wonderful!!

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to experiment without wasting painting supplies! A HUGE plus!!

  ### 18. wonderful tool fo me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiromichi I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I was so surprised when I use Rebelle. this tools makes real painting! I am so happy to buy it. thanks!

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

it is so difficult to find point of dislike about Rebelle. but I will try to write one... when we save our works by PSD, the date lost all layer when I open the file on Photoshop. it is not so good.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am so happy if I can save my works by PSD or TIFF with all my layer.

  ### 19. Absolute life-changing art tech (and great for a lot more than watercolors)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rb F. | Editor, Proofreader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

Rebelle changed everything about digital painting before I even opened the demo. Go try for yourself! There's a canvas to play with its watercolor tech right there on the webpage. This unassuming little delight previews maybe 2% of the program's many, many features but 100% communicates the values of its creators as programmers, engineers, UI/UX gurus, and of course, artists.

"Here, have everything you've always wanted," said the little canvas to my heart when I clicked the first time. Responsive, intuitive, lean, customisable, fun (!) and all showcased perfectly RIGHT THERE IN THE BROWSER so you know you're good to go with specs. I had no fancy pen tablet or touchscreen (then or now), no high-end graphics card (then or now!), nothing but a mouse to click and drag to make absolutely killer brush strokes. Still my favourite way to play. Rebelle doesn't just "do" realistic paint, it's built so you can put paint to canvas using any method for a realistic result.

The software evolves leaps and bounds each year, and I love feeling included in the journey. I feel the values of its creators every time I open the program, in all its features and updates, the list of which is so grand that "everything I've always wanted" has been dwarfed by an appendix for "everything I didn't know I also wanted and now can't live without." It's incredible after twenty years of starving outside the digital art world for lack of realism. With Rebelle, I am gluttonously satisfied.

"Does it do X?" you ask as you download the free demo. As you'll soon find out, yes it does. Yes it has full controls for direction, viscosity/fluidity, layer and texture and canvas interactions textures at micro-fiber level with scalable detailing, making it an engaging and tactile platform for live painting. Yes it does complex blending with imported objects, have some fun and glaze a photo with watercolors for amazing bleeds and stains. Yes it has a built-in smart recorder in lossless 4K for just the canvas without intrusive stencils, references, etc., so you can can timelapse your work or rig it as a screenshot archive when you want to go back to a version long lost to undo limits. Also fun: drawing itsy bitsy details with the nanopixel feature. Also fun: recording hand-written or stenciled text to turn a static meme or picture into something living, dripping, organic. Song lyrics and subtitles. Cute little sloppy little banksy-esque silhouettes.

There is so much I like best about Rebelle.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Rebelle runs laps around other paint programs. I think its creators could stand to boast a little. I also "dislike" they don't have any branded merch. Would enjoy the logo on a designer hoodie. :)

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Could never get into digital painting due to lackluster technology. Rebelle brings the technology AND provides an intuitive, customizable interface that requires no knowledge to use to great effect, and deeper customization and creation tools that reward knowledge as I become more experienced. Completely transformed my ability to paint portraits, and has raised my work to a professional level I could not achieve with any other program.

  ### 20. EASILY the best digital painting software I’ve used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justice F. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I've been a digital artist for over 20 years and have tried almost every program made for digital art (that has some notoriety) Rebelle is in a class by itself. Truly breathtaking living paint. Every other app feels dead by comparison. I'm Rebelle when you paint with watercolor it's alive. It moves. It has gravity affecting it. It matters how wet the paper was. How much water is in the watercolor. The canvas texture affects how the paint diffuses into the canvas. It's visual therapy and my favorite tool for creating artwork. Absolutely brilliant software.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Rebelle is innovative, which means they are trying new things and pushing the boundaries. I think anytime you are doing new things there is more opportunity for bugs and needed adjustments. Rebelle iterates quickly and is constantly being improved.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rebelle let's me paint the way I want to paint while using my windows tablet like a tablet. It works amazing with just a stylus and touch. I want something that looks like natural media so much so that only a very trained eye can tell the difference. This does that with great skill.

  ### 21. Simply I Can Say "Woooow!!!!".

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagadeesh R. | Project-in-Charge and Creative Head, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

The most amazing real-world Digital Drawing Software I have ever encountered. I used to be an oil and watercolour painter and was sceptical about using any digital drawing platform for drawing. When I discovered TwistedBrush some years ago, I realised that digital drawing apps are not as bad as I thought before. When I switched to Rebelle, I was amazed to see how this small software mimicked the original watercolour and oil colour behaviours.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Do you want to know? I wish to suggest bringing down the cost of extra papers for Rebelle. Its cost is not economically feasible when compared to the original software.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to be an old traditional painter with real-world oil paints and watercolours, using Rebelle I can enjoy the real feel of the physical colours without getting dirty.

  ### 22. Most realistic and expressive digital paint software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefano Z. | Impiegato, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

Feelings of expressive freedom and infinite possibility exactly like using real media in painting, expecially for watercolor and oil painting

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Actully I didn't met anything I dislike. Hope to see Rebelle Pro soon on iPad

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No business problem resolving. Just resolved my research in proper digital humanities application focused about art and painting

  ### 23. Fantastic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan B. | English Second Language Tutor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I love how intuitive the painting feels - the realistic water simulation, the textures, the papers, etc. It just works. The nanopixel technology is also mindblowing, love it.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

There isn't really anything I'd say I dislike to be honest, maybe just how claustrophobic the UI can feel? There are so many things I want to have on the sides but the space is pretty limited

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess it solves the problem of my frustration I always had with digital painting softwares. I've also graviated more towards traditional painting but Rebelle is a perfect blend

  ### 24. Some Words from a happy user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Iwona G. | Starszy inżynier ds. badań i rozwoju, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I love the variety and quality of tools provided. Each of my illustrations created in Rebelle is characterized by a specific texture and complexity, which would be more difficult for me to achieve using other digital software. What's more, creating in Rebelle, watching the flow of paint and mixing colors is a real fun!

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

There's nothing to dislike except waiting for new features.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rebelle takes mimicking of realism to a higher level.

  ### 25. Best Tool so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilija V. | Anatomy & Medical Illustrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

This is such amazing tool if you want to imporve your digital painting. I was without words when I saw how software simulate Water Colors, but the guys goes even furder and improve other painting techniques. I will start to support them, Keep going guys !!

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Nothing, everything is perfect. ! I hope that in future they goes in the same style !!

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any other software never simulate Water Colors like Rebelle, so I think everyone shoud swich on it.

  ### 26. Enjoyable program to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

Has seemed more intuitive than similar programs. Provides fantastic results.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

At this point I can't find any dislikes with the software.

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

used for digital painting

  ### 27. Great tool for getting painterly results.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bernardo D. | Lead Programmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

The traditional media emulation is best in class.
The tools are simple and uncomplicated.
Using the software is intuitive and has excellent compatibility.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

There are some minor UI issues.
Some uncommon shortcuts.
Found slight bugs in the latest version.

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I have so many options for media, the layout of tools is easy to adjust and work with, and it almost feels like I'm actually drawing or painting.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

I can't think of anything; everything I use is stellar!

The nanopixel tech helps me with printing my art, making it well detailed.

  ### 29. Beginners painting tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali K. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Rebelle?**

I love the focus on wet media here. They've done a great job of emulating the way wet paints blend and bleed together.

**What do you dislike about Rebelle?**

Limited customization when it comes to tools, and it is very resource intensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Rebelle:**

I recommend Photoshop over Rebelle but it does excel in certain areas, i.e. wet media. The pricing is also very competitive when compared to Photoshop CC

**What problems is Rebelle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rebelle when I want to create watercolor illustrations, I feel like it can be better than photoshop in some instances.
