Easy to use interface, excellent tutorials and resources that are easy to find, two-way sync with Google which is highly valuable, super quick to pull and push information, easy to update contacts, reliable tech support with real people, affordable pricing that is locked upon initial sign-up, super strong references/reviews from others in the industry, purposeful integrations, does not yet have AI but has not proven to be necessary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not everyone will like the user interface, but it is not an issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
