What do you like best about Real Tour Vision?

The options/services that RTV provides photographers with is invaluable. Regardless of the size of your business it allows you to compete with others. It gives you the ability to provide online ordering with a storefront, client scheduling, the ability to create property pages and virtual tours, and also provide realtors with fliers and social media cards. There is a lot more that it provides but just these items alone help you stand out.

The RTV customer support team is very responsive but truly cares about the clients. They listen to you and if there is a way for them to improve on a service they do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Real Tour Vision?

Initially I was a little intimidated by the system as a whole. Looking at the settings, etc., there are a lot of "buttons" but once I watched some of the training videos and had my onboarding with the customer support team it all became very easy to understand. What problems is Real Tour Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?

Online storefront/scheduling: Instead of having to write everything down and then load things into a personal calendar it's all available on one system and integrated into my website.

He got me into doing so much more than just drone pictures & without Jason's advice, guidance, and late night phone calls I'm not sure I'd still be in business. Take some time to "go down the rabbit hole" and explore all the incredible features available. If you can't find something you think should be there, contact support. They will either tell you how to find things or take your feedback and work very hard to integrate your ideas into a future release. They are very accessible and helpful. My clients expect the best and I can deliver that with Fusion. The fluid design allows their tours to be shared and displayed on any device. The robust tools within the software make me look great and the tours make them look great in the eyes of their clients. Plus my clients can use the Fusion-provided agent webpages to show off their previous tours to potential clients. Their approach to industry leading virtual tours for both Real Estate and Commercial businesses. Very easy to use and they are there to help guide you through to success. As a new user they will often reach out to me to ensure i'm up and running on the system, train me directly and provide support when and if needed. And i live in a different time zone then RTV. Don't know what to not like yet as i've not had that experience. I'm a new user and have only experience great customer service and communication. However, there is a bit of a learning curve when trying to do this on your own without support. What do you like best about Real Tour Vision?

Their software is easy to use but does take some practice in learning your way around. Whenever I get lost, accidentally selected a toggle that I don't remember where it was, or just need to change something on my tour I search the FAQ's. When I can't find it there I call in or email. What problems is Real Tour Vision solving and how is that benefiting you?

Depending upon what software you are using for Real Estate tours the individual requesting the tour does not own the tour. Neither does the individual creating the tour. It is the software company that has the proprietary rights to the tour. This does create issues with the new owners of the property. When the new owners request to have the video, 3D, or Doll House map removed the "company" is not in any hurry to remove it. Especially if the tour generates more sales leads for the software company. Using Real Tour Vision I own the tours and can give ownership to the person who hired me.
