What do you like best about Reachd.ai?

We are a software company hiring engineers across Cyprus and Poland, and the strongest thing about Reachd.ai is that it tells us exactly what to change and the changes work fast. When a developer asks ChatGPT or Claude where to work, we were invisible, and Reachd.ai turned that into a concrete plan. It analyses how AI describes the companies that do get recommended, shows the exact sources those models cite, and hands us a clear list: these keywords belong on your pages, these external sites are where your competitors appear and you should publish too. We followed the recommendations and moved from zero into the top seven in about three weeks. What do you dislike about Reachd.ai?

GEO is a new field, so you keep publishing to hold your position, and a bit more self-serve onboarding with a few guided templates for the first week would make the start smoother. None of that slowed down the results for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reachd.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want AI models to recommend us as an employer when engineers look for their next role. Reachd.ai found the gaps between us and the companies AI already recommends, and gave us the precise moves to close them, from the keywords on our career pages to the external listings worth publishing on. Acting on those recommendations took us from zero to the top seven companies competing for developer attention in our space in about three weeks, level on score with names like GitLab and ahead of Revolut and Zapier. That brings us candidates who are already warmed up before they reach our site, and it turned employer branding in AI search into a short list of things to fix.
