What do you like best about Rategenie?

The app is connected to my Tokeet account so everything synchronized immediately, I didn't have to set anything up. It updates constantly too because it has to detect changes in your booking schedule to react. I only use the genie strategy, but it's really all you need. I've had it managing my rates for a few weeks and my bookings are definitely up, way more than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rategenie?

It's easy to get set up with the default strategy, but you probably want to do some reading if you are going to start creating your own one. They put all the info you need in help bubbles but I didn't start understanding until I read the help docs. I guess it doesn't matter since I use all the automatic settings anyway. What problems is Rategenie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Definitely saves a lot of time. I was only changing my rates for major holidays before, and even that would take me much longer than this app took to set my whole schedule. Also you don't have to think about it after you set it, it's always working for you. It saves me a lot of time and effort and it's getting me more bookings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
