Every month, I have to export the entire subscriber list as a CSV file, clean up the data and create the precise segmented group in Excel, then reupload the filtered list back into the campaign. This repetitive export, sorting and re-import process takes extra time out of my weekly schedule. With our small marketing workload, this becomes a regular bottleneck and keeps our client retention campaigns from running fully on autopilot. It is easy to use, has a great UI, and has been an enormous time saver for our company's weekly newsletter. We have seen over 60% savings in the amount of time necessary to produce our weekly newsletters and manage our newsletter program. In addition, we are producing much better newsletters than before, and our newsletter subscribers are way more engaged.
