What do you like best about RAPIDIO?

Rapidio saved me SO much time calculating income for borrowers with complex tax returns. The information didn't fit into any of the usual calculation worksheets, and I didn't feel confident sending a preapproval with an unsure calculation. Within 30 minutes of submitting everything to Rapidio I had the full results - including review by their QC dept - AND they called to walk me through it and point out any issues so I could address them before submitting the file. I've used other income analysis companies in the past and Rapidio was by far the easiest and the fastest. I can't recommend it enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAPIDIO?

What problems is RAPIDIO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tax returns for self employed borrowers are becoming increasingly complex, and the standard income calculation worksheets from FNMA or the PMI companies aren't really cutting it anymore. I don't have time to stress over whether or not I'm inputting the information exactly right. Time is money. I got my preapproval out within the same hour of submitting docs.
