"Rapidi Keeps Our ERP and CRM Perfectly in Sync"
What do you like best about Rapidi?
Rapidi provides the linkage between our ERP system and our CRM. Rapidi allows us to utilize all of our ERP data in the CRM without moving ERP functionality into the CRM. We use it to trigger record creation, alerts, and to keep all of our product and account information up to date nearly in RL.
Using the rapidi console, we're able to troubleshoot sync issues ourselves, according to our comfort level, or the rapidi team is always responsive and very capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
