What do you like best about Rapidflare AI Agents?

I like the detail that the agent brings from our source material particularly showing tables and diagrams / images from the datasheets and installation instructions. These are good tools in explaining the product and it's great the agent utilizes them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rapidflare AI Agents?

I feel that the agent misses context but doesn't seek clarification prior to giving an answer. An example of this is a product range that we support in both the US and Australian markets. This range has the same name but the product range in the US is much smaller than in Australia. When asking the Agent about this range it provided information about the US range rather than asking which range I would like to hear about. Only after I referenced the Australian range did it provide information on that one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rapidflare AI Agents solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our collateral is spread out across a large number of PDF documents. Finding the right bit of information can be time consuming as you look through one document to the next. It's great to be able to write a natural question and receive the answer with references. This is useful for myself in getting quick bits of information but will also be a wonderful tool for the sales and customer service team. Potential is there for an agent that only views external documentation to be customer facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
