I think RapidCanvas's name says a lot—they're rapid and very quick. One of the most impressive things is how they can come into a business for a very limited amount of time and understand it, even though it's basically foreign to them. They're able to digest and understand information and terminology and then extrapolate that into products to help the business. I was impressed with how quickly they set up a base framework for our project. I enjoyed working with them, and they presented a lot of possibilities that are exciting for us. I think it's a heavy lift for some companies to understand our workflow in a limited time. They probably need to spend more time on-site to witness our existing workflow. They were here for maybe three quarters of one day, and spending more time could make the project go smoother. Understanding the entirety of our workflow firsthand would be better, instead of having to fill in blanks on their own or through weekly meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
