"Clear view of our visibility in Google and AI search"

What do you like best about RankScan?

With RankScan I see quick and easy if everything is okay and how our visibility changes. There is an AI visibility index, a search visibility index and a website health index. It gives me the feeling that everything is under control and that I don’t miss important errors that cost visibility. I track topics, not only keywords. For each topic I see our visibility in Google and in AI answers. RankScan covers more AI tools than many other tools I know: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI. I also see if the right page ranks for a topic. If not, I know Google or AI doesn’t understand our website correctly.

And if there are errors or important topic pages that don’t rank, RankScan shows what is missing, why it matters and how to fix it. The tips fit our website. They are not general SEO advice.

The setup is quick and easy. Once the topics were set up, the data was collected reliably. RankScan makes my work much easier and has reduced the effort to optimise and monitor our visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RankScan?

RankScan suggests prompts based on your website and keywords. This is helpful, but you need to challenge these suggestions. They come from your current website, and that is not always what your specific target audience is really searching for. So you need to know in advance what you want to be found for. Only then do you track what really makes sense. For me this is not a big problem, but it is good to know before you start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RankScan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RankScan, it was difficult to know how visible we really were, especially in AI answers. Traditional SEO tools only show keyword rankings, and checking AI tools manually takes a lot of time. Now I can see both in one place for each topic, and I can track how it changes over time.

Another challenge was figuring out why a page wasn’t performing. RankScan shows me whether the right page is ranking for a topic and what we need to adjust. I don’t make every change myself, but I can share the insights with our team or our web developer in one click, so the work gets done where it matters most.
