What do you like best about Rankiteo?

The ease of use is probably the best thing about Rankiteo. It’s really simple to get started—no long onboarding or complicated setup. The scoring is presented in a very clear way, which makes it easy to quickly compare different items without spending too much time on analysis. What do you dislike about Rankiteo?

While the tool works well overall, I’d like to see more options in terms of customization. Right now, the scoring parameters are a bit fixed, and more flexibility would help for different use cases. The number of features is decent, but I think adding more advanced settings wouldn’t hurt. Also, the ease of integration could be improved—it doesn’t connect with all the platforms we use, so we end up doing some things manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rankiteo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rankiteo has really helped streamline the way we evaluate and compare different options—whether it's vendors, products, or internal projects. Before, we relied heavily on spreadsheets, and the process was not only time-consuming but also inconsistent across team members. With Rankiteo, we now have a standardized scoring system that makes decision-making faster and more objective.
