What I love about RankIQ is that the keywords are pre-filtered. One of the biggest struggles for people new to keyword research is sifting through millions of keywords to find the few that can rank. I feel that the content optimization could use some enhancements. As of writing this review, the content optimizer really just looks at word count and LSI keywords. It assumes that you are already doing everything else, such as image optimization, internal/external linking, etc. While this may be fine for seasoned content creators who understand SEO, the content optimizer may be too basic for new creators. As a solo blogger, my biggest issue with keyword research is the amount of time it takes to sift through all of the keywords that are generated by other companies, such as SEMRush. The content optimizer leverages the what the AI found in the AI SEO report. The list of topics that Google wants you to cover also includes LSI words, and they are ranked in order. The ranking and determination if a LSI word or topic is included on the list is calculated from over 5000 equations. From the user side, we wanted to keep it simple and not overwhelm the average blogger with a wealth of data. So, you are correct in saying that the content optimizer looks simple.
