What do you like best about Rankin AI?

The Source Analytics feature is where RankinAI earns its place in our stack. As a link-building agency, knowing which domains AI platforms actually cite for a given topic is now core to how we build outreach lists. Instead of chasing DR scores in a vacuum, we can see which sources ChatGPT or Perplexity trusts for our clients' target topics and prioritize those for placement.

The competitive analysis is equally strong — we've identified citation gaps for clients that we never would have caught through traditional SEO tools. What do you dislike about Rankin AI?

More of a "wish list" than a complaint — we'd love to see more AI platforms added over time and slightly higher prompt limits on mid-tier plans as our client roster grows. These feel like natural next steps for the product rather than real gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rankin AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were spending 8–10 hours a week manually querying AI platforms to understand citation patterns for clients. That process was inconsistent and didn't scale. RankinAI replaced it entirely. Now we walk into client calls with structured AI visibility data — mention rates, position trends, share of voice vs. competitors — and we use Source Analytics to directly inform our link-building targets.
