I've been using Ramsey Solutions' Smart Dollar for about two to three years, primarily to offer a budgeting benefit to our employees. The support they offer, always checking up on us and ensuring we have the tools needed to succeed, is an asset. Knowing our employees can utilize this free service keeps them motivated. The president of our company loved it, found it great, and thus introduced it to the employees.
