I find Ramp so easy to use, and I appreciate its intuitive AI and training capabilities. It's a reliable platform with strong admin tools, and they keep rolling out new features that I didn't even think about, which greatly benefit our organization and relieve pain points. I especially like how it manages travel policies, tracks them for us, and the amortization feature saves time during the month-end close. I wish Ramp had accounts receivable capabilities so we could do everything in one trustworthy platform. I would love to give vendors an option to pay with links handling ACH payments or credit card information. It would also be helpful to generate invoices and apply credits as needed with easy linkable information for both the payor and us to view. Additionally, I would like the ability to change entity information if a bill hasn't been paid yet, as having to re-create bills due to the wrong entity is a pain point. Currently, we still use Bill.com for A/R because Ramp doesn't provide that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
