I like that my org doesn't have to implement multiple platforms for HR solutions and data management. All the information is available on the single platform and it is very easy to navigate as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI can be much more fun and engaging. Right now it is very black and white and looks boring. There can be deeper analysis and reports for the employees also to view. e.g. Day of the week when you spend max amount of time in office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
