What do you like best about RallyPoint?

That it uses multiple methods of contact. I really like the fact that it can text or email a non-work address, ensuring staff is reached even if they're off or out of the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RallyPoint?

Lately there has been some inconsistencies with messaging. Some of our agency received messaging and some didn't. Upon logging in, contact info was updated and current so we're not sure why everyone didn't get the message that was sent. This only happened once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RallyPoint:

It's a good tool to communicate with staff, especially if you have staff working in the field or away from the office and you need to communicate with them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RallyPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helpful in cases of unexpected inclement weather. Our office location floods during heavy rains and it's been helpful to quickly alert staff to dangerous conditions and impromptu office closures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
