My experience with Radware Cloud DDoS Protection Service has remained consistently reliable. The platform continues to deliver protection against complex and large-scale DDoS attacks, ensuring network stability and availability. Its real-time reporting remains one of the service’s standout features, providing clear visibility into attack patterns, mitigation activity, and traffic trends. These have proven valuable in both live incident response and post-event analysis. A key strength continues to be Radware’s customer support. Their technical team remains responsive and engaged, regularly providing collaborative sessions to tune protection profiles and optimise configuration for changing network conditions. This hands-on approach has been instrumental in maintaining robust defences across large distributed environments. Recently, I’ve noticed some enhancements in alerting and analytics, improving the speed and accuracy of event correlation. The clarity in dashboards and reporting modules makes it easier to undertand our network better - providing mitigation outcomes and verify performance metrics during high-traffic events. While the platform remains reliable, I still believe the user interface could be more adaptable for users own use. The depth of available data is excellent, but the dashboards are clumpy and reports sometimes feels like they could be modified to suit individuals rather than one fits all approach. Maybe a way to find key metrics quickly, especially during time-sensitive investigations. Another issue to look into is being able to keep reporting data for an extended period Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
