I appreciate the many features that Radware Alteon Application Delivery and Security offers, and its stable operation. I am particularly impressed by the excellent support. Additionally, the Alteon provides all conceivable functions of an ADC and additional security features such as IP Reputation and ERT Feeds. The initial setup is quite simple, and we benefit in our environment by using VMs and the management tool Sybercontroller, which greatly helps us in managing the Alteon ADCs. Some functions are somewhat hidden and can only be used via scripts or the CLI. Evaluations, in particular, are often only available via the CLI. For example, limiting sessions per IP can only be implemented with an AppShape++ script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
