What problems is Radmin VPN solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this tool to facilitate the remote support that my company offers to its clients, thus optimizing the time for both parties. A great advantage of this software is that we can access remotely without the other user being hindered in using their machine, and this has been seen as a positive point from the clients' perspective.
