What do you like best about Radixweb?

Throughout our time with Radix, one aspect that keeps showing up the most about them is that they work with you as your true partner. Every challenge and every problem is their problem too and they work with you very closely to help deliver the best possible outcome. This partnership approach is very rare to find and something we value most. Along with the partnership approach, we love the fact that the team who starts working on our projects are fully trained and have gone through a thorough training period. What do you dislike about Radixweb?

The time difference and sometimes the culture and language differences between our team in Australia and our team in India. The time difference is the most disliked aspect I suppose for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Radixweb:

Think about the technology you have and make sure it is aligned with skillset that Radix offers. Set your expectations in terms of outcomes and what would you constitute for your project to be successful right at the start with the team. Treat your team in India as if they were your own team and make them feel they are part of your organisation. What problems is Radixweb solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been working with Radix for over 11 years. Radix has been helping us build and maintain our SaaS solution for two totally different applications we have and they have been amazing. Radix provides our entire software development team, right from team lead and senior developers to junior developers and testers. All our applications are supported and maintained by our dedicated team at Radixweb. The biggest benefit is no doubt cost effectiveness but we also benefit from their vast experience of working on technology projects. Their technical framework on which our solutions are built is robust and allows us to quickly scale up and build applications on top of it.
