What do you like best about Radiant?

Radiant’s AI triage engine has significantly improved how we handle alerts. Every alert is investigated with full transparency, and I can clearly see the reasoning behind each escalation or dismissal. This eliminates any doubt or second-guessing about the triage outcome and has removed many of the repetitive, time-consuming tasks that used to dominate my day. What do you dislike about Radiant?

Some parts of the UI could be more intuitive. Navigating between investigation views or building custom queries sometimes requires more steps than expected. Aside from that, there’s nothing significant to point out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Radiant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Radiant, a large portion of my time was spent manually sorting through an overwhelming number of alerts, especially from firewalls and WAFs, with little ability to properly prioritize them.

Radiant completely changed this workflow. Now, alerts arrive already triaged, investigated, and enriched by AI agents, with clear context and reasoning for every decision. I can quickly validate the logic when needed and move on. As a result, I spend far more time focusing on real threats instead of chasing false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
