**What do you like best about Radancy?**

The thing I like most is their incredible customer support. We’ve worked with them for five years, and every interaction has been fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The platform itself is easy to use and gives us clear, consistent candidate insights, but the support team is what really makes the experience exceptional.

We use myInterview to streamline early candidate screening, saving time and identifying strong communicators early. It integrates well with our recruitment tools, providing a smooth and reliable process.

We have found the MyInterview API really easy to integrate into our bespoke hiring system and it is perfect for our recruiters working on the higher volume recruitment projects.

Nothing, it suits our needs with volume hiring perfectly, especially for client-facing positions.

Screening high volumes of applicants for client-facing roles that we are recruiting for, saving our recruiters time and giving our clients a better user experience.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Radancy has stood by everything they said they could help us with, and more.  They have pivoted several times and are a true thought partner.  They come with ideas and suggestions to enhance our overall strategy and processes to be efficient, and do what we have never done before.  The team is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly always but especially during implementations, and is willing to return to the drawing board until we get it right! We use the Talent Cloud platform DAILY and integrations have gone well with a few hiccups but always quick response to fix.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Nothing I disliked.  I like everyone else wish things were cheaper but i do believe you get what you pay for and I am very happy with our partnership and all the value the Radancy team brings to the table.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us improve our conversion rates, and decreasing our Cost per hire and cost per app.  They are also helping us to find efficiencies in our recruitment process and enhanced our Career Site. They are helping us move up the maturity scale for Talent Acquisition

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

The support they give us is unparalleled. The team that I work with is by far the best I have ever experienced.  I use them for all of our recruitment marketing and their products are superior to anything else.  They keep adding value to their offerings, which allows me to have one vendor manage everything. 

Our monthly meetings keep me on track and our quarterly business reviews give me incredible data. During years when I needed to keep our budget flat or even scale back, they helped me do that, determining which tools were providing the best ROI. They always work within my budget and never push for more.

My Radancy team is a true business partner.  They can do everything from providing data my VP to gain support on an initiative, to provide product training to my team.  They take work off of me.  They are also friendly and kind!

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I honestly can't think of anything. Their services may be more expensive than others, but they can work within your budget and maximize what you can spend.  It is well worth it to not have to piecemeal your marketing, which can make determining ROI difficult.

They host our career site and manage all of our recruitment marketing.  They collect all of the data analytics and provide it in easy to understand formats.  The marketing direction they provide based on their breadth of experience and overall industry analytics is incredible.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

As an HR consultant with over two years of experience using myInterview, I have found the platform to be a practical tool for managing the challenges of modern recruitment. It has supported our efforts to streamline interview processes and provide clients with a dynamic way to evaluate candidates beyond traditional resumes. The platform’s asynchronous nature is particularly helpful for scheduling flexibility, allowing candidates and employers to engage in the process without logistical constraints.

However, as a staunch advocate for equitable hiring, I recognize that video interviews may not suit every candidate. Individuals with limited verbal fluency, discomfort with being on camera, or other communication barriers may find this format challenging. To mitigate these concerns, I ensure that video interviews are part of a broader assessment strategy, integrating tools that provide opportunities for diverse candidates to showcase their strengths in different ways. For me, while the platform has its limitations, it has been a helpful addition to our recruitment toolkit, particularly when combined with measures that ensure fairness and accessibility.

I would appreciate it if myInterview brought back the monthly subscription plan. For organizations or consultants who hire infrequently throughout the year, a monthly option offers greater flexibility and aligns better with our hiring patterns.

myInterview simplifies the hiring process by enabling efficient video assessments, saving time and improving candidate evaluation, which benefits both our clients and in-house recruitment efforts.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Radancy can be a one stop shop and offer a variety of tools for the recruiting space. They have many product offerings that help make the candidate and recruiter experience better. The customer support is great -very response team to work with and always looking for ways to partner. They really do value and listen to feedback.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Radancy is not strong at technical implementations/projects and lacks clear documentation, methodology and timelines around product implementations. Their technologies don't seem fully developed and are not well integrated with each other.

Radancy is helping us grow our global employer brand presence as well as helping us capture and market to top of funnel candidates with its CRM that will act as a wraparound for our ATS.

In the suite we’ve implemented, everything has worked well, and the support has been strong. As we explore additional products, we are evaluating how the technology can accommodate both exempt and high-volume recruiting needs. Seamless integration and scalability will be key as we consider expanding our use of Radancy’s solutions.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

It si very straigh forward, easy to manage from HR/Recruuter perspecitve and from candidates perspective as well. The whole interview takes un to 5-10 min to register. Then Rrcruter could jsut take 2-3 min to assess if the candidates is goof enough for the next stage.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Not all candidates are familiar with this types of tools, they feel it is difficult to talk wo the screen vs to a real person, but it is up to Recruter to educate candidates and the intro video from MyInterview before the start helps as well

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

;yInterview saves time, massively! No need to spend 30 min to face-to-face interview, the registered video intervie of a candidates can be reviewed in 2-3 min only!

Both the customer service and the user interface are excellent! Many of our day-to-day, back-end needs relating to recruiting are taken care of by Radancy, and their services are typically smooth and highly efficient.

I cannot speak for the downfalls or cons of Radancy because I have not experience any negatives.

I liked the fact that I could save time during the 1st interview process.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

They got complacent after they raised money. The product has been the same for 12 months. You cannot export the videos in any way, their support is terrible, sales team is terrible. They took 5 days to answer a basic question. Their price is 5 TIMES the competitor who offers the same service but better! They do NOT integrate with BambooHR.

It is insane how fast these technology companies become spoiled and complacent.

The user interface is great, and customer support is great!

The reward plan is not updatable, there is no limit in time for how long coins can be claimed so difficult to make budgets. There is no limit in possibility to earn coins for sharing ads, so if an ad get viral the reward can be unapropriately high.

Radancy handles many back-end, day-to-day recruitment-related needs we have, all of which is usually seamless and very effective. But what I like best is the customer service and willingness to meet with us for more creative ideas and adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Nothing that I can think of - the cost is high, but worthwhile.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radancy saves us a ton of time and allows us to be more timely/accurate when converting job ads from our ATS onto our Career site and LinkedIn. Through their data and analytics, we also have much more insights into the partnerships and investments that actually work, allowing us to make better choices for the future.  Finally, Radancy helps us ensure we optimize our appearance to the outside.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

The system is user friendly and the concept of video interviewing is very useful. Most of the time applicants seem to find it easy enough to use. We use it very frequently. It is easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

The customer support is only through chat, no phone, and we did have a long battle to get certain changes made to our account correctly. There are many features we would enjoy using that are locked behind a higher "premium" pay wall, including some features that seem quite basic.

Interviewing over recording allows us to do a large number of interviews and store them for future reference as well. We higher large numbers of volunteers and unpaid interns, the system really helps streamline that process.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

I loved that MyInterview allowed me to choose my own questions, time responses and also upload my company logo for personalization. It was very easy to sort through my candidates and organize my top choices.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I disliked that multiple team members could not sort through the candidates from their own personal page. Some of s had different oppinions on responses and graded them differently. It would be nice if we all had our own grading/sorting page when logging in.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyInterview solved the problem of having candidates send me individual emails with their video responses. It was nice to use MyInterview so that candidates could record their response multiple times and submit their best video all on one platform for review.

I loved how easy it was to use, the simplicity of the program, and how easy it was to customize the interview to each open role withing our company! I would highly recommend MyInterview to others! It really streamlined our application process of hiring qualified applicants!

I didnt have anything that I did not like. MyInterview was very userfriendly and has met all my recruiting needs!

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

This tool saved me hours of time by allowing me to screen for english language proficiency in a short 2 minute video. Before using My Interview, I would schedule introductory zoom interviews with candidates, but even great applicants on paper, could be disqualified due to their english. This tool has allowed me to quickly go through dozens of applicants and only schedule interviews with the best of the best.

Honestly, I did not find any downsides. The software perfect fit my needs.

It is solving the problem of not knowing a candidates spoken english language proficiency before spending time in a face to face or virtual interview.

Radancy helped our company to digitize our paper-trail process for employee referrals. It offers an array of useful features, such as leader boards, job notifications, reward shops and a variety of reports for administrators.

No built-in solution for talent scouts to order rewards.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Radancy is a full-service company providing products and services from technology to account strategy and creative development to full-service social management. They are one of the only organizations equipped to partner across all elements of a company's talent strategy, from EVP and employer brand campaign development to hire. They are committed to staying in front of the needs of their clients and delivering the latest recruiting innovations.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Their contracts often require more than a 1-year commitment. They have been open to working with me, which is appreciated. Still, many companies are unable and unwilling to make multi-year commitments to products and services in the current economic landscape.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My current ATS system does not allow me to track sources to hire outside of a candidate's self-select practice, which is proven as highly erroneous. I have launched Radancy's enhanced Hosted Apply product, which delivers this capability and heightened analytics to help drive application and experience enhancements.

Radancy shares our passion and vision for the project we're working on. Their project teammates have become family - they understand our culture and how we work and have adapted.

I wish they were all local so that we could meet in person more often. We're effective virtually - but we've grown so fond of their team, we'd love to spend more time working together in person.

Radancy always provides the best options for our budget.  Since we launched Programmatic jobs, the volume and quality of our applicants has increased.

I can't see any downsides of using Radancy.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

As a recruitment specialist, it used to take 20 hours + a week to talk to candidates. With myinterview they record their answers, and we have more and more time to focus on so many other things! 

Plus, it's easy to use & takes 10 minutes to talk to reach out and get a reply from our customer service representative, and they are keeping it simple; our team adapted the tool in a few seconds.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

Integration! It would be nice to see an integration with BambooHR to get the interview links from their system simply. Also, it takes time to double-check and send rejections from other platforms. Besides that, you'll get exactly what you need from my interview.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The TIME you spend for the initial interviews. Your recruitment specialists gain at least 20h+ time. You don't need to expand your team to do more interviews. We used to be three recruitment specialists working hard to complete our initial interviews. Now, you need admins to watch and write a review below the interview recordings.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Radancy's responsiveness and helpfulness is great. We've seen a great CTR and CPA through their AdTech software so far in our partnership. With our old partner we had a much higher CPA and ultimately spend for a lesser result.

I wish there were more options for advertising on the AdTech platform. When we have an issue and a lack of applications we ask for additional ideas and we get presented with the same options vs. more out of the box ideas/options. I wish more channels/options were included in the AdTech software.

MyInterview was a great tool for helping us recruit more easily, especially when hiring international candidates as a US-based company. It was an efficient way to evaluate their English and have a brief interview-type interaction where I could hear about their expertise. Would definitely recommend!

I wish I could have reviewed notes or comments about applicants without having to enter into their video. This would have made it even easier to quickly review the hiring manger's thoughts on a large list of applicants.

Radancy started investing in the technology space as they built out Talent Brew, and even though TB had a rocky start, our career site is award-winning and continuously gives us the results we need.

Often the teams aren't fully informed or connected on recommendations.  The media plan requests take too long and sometimes aren't backed by data. I would like to see quicker response times with data.

A clear upside of working with Radancy is that you not only get access to their expertise but also their technology. Whether it's a career site, referral scheme or social media tracking, everything is tech- & datadriven.

A downside can be that one might fall into the trap of leveraging ONLY on Radancy for various different purposes and campaigns since they really cover everything from A to Z. Which then might limit you from receiving other perspectives.

**What do you like best about Radancy?**

Brazen has amazing customer support. Any time I am building an event or need to duplicate a prior one - their team provides excellent chat support. They are able to talk more through everything step-by-step when it comes to creating online events. 

During the events, networking and booths are easy to navigate. Job seekers get 10 minutes to chat (either text, voice or video) with employers (or whoever is in your booth). Our students and employers find the system very easy to navigate and their feedback is positive too as users.

**What do you dislike about Radancy?**

I wish there was a little more customization- but the platform seems to get better and better each year when it comes to new features and additional options. We don't use it for our events, but employers can invite candidates to their booth. I find that to be something unique that Brazen offers with virtual events.

**What problems is Radancy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual career fairs. It's hard to have 200+ people in one room at an Urban campus but with Brazen, we can have a virtual career fair without worrying about space on campus.

Ascendify is easy to use, customizable and scalable.  I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to understand our business and how Ascendify can augment our key deliverables.

The Insights tool is amazing, it's just not quite as user-friendly as the rest of the program.  That being said, we have never had an issue creating any report we have ever needed, it just isn't easy as everything else is to use.  Minor, minor but all I could think of!

Increasing our internal applicant pool has been a massive initiative at Wiley.  Ascendify worked with us to enhance our internal career portal and how we see internal applicants in the ATS.  These modifications have been a game changer, as we are consistently surpassing our goal to fill 22% of our requisitions this year with internal talent.
