I like the user-friendly portal for filling in orders, and it offers a frequently updated overview of their progress. The portal gives me more time to focus on other priorities as I can just fill in the delivery order and continue. I also appreciate the customer service, which is fast, personal, and reliable. If I have any questions, for example about delivering to a country we've never delivered to before, Raal has swift answers. The initial setup of Raal was very collaborative and engaging.
