**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

What I value most about R2 Docuo is that it goes far beyond being a simple document manager. In particular, I would highlight the document retention management, which facilitates compliance with document preservation and disposal policies in a simple way. Its functionalities in data protection are also very relevant, thanks to access control, action traceability, and information security.

Moreover, the ability to create custom forms, automate workflows, manage files, and digitize internal processes has brought a significant improvement in the organization and productivity of our office. Finally, the ease of locating any document in seconds and having all the information centralized makes daily work much more efficient and secure.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

I wouldn't highlight any major disadvantages. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I would say it would be advisable to expand the customization options for forms, incorporate more integrations with third-party applications, and continue evolving the artificial intelligence features. Overall, these are improvements that would further enhance productivity and user experience.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the greatest benefits of R2 Docuo is that it allows us to centralize processes that previously required several different applications into a single platform. Thus, we can design specific processes for each area of the office using forms, workflows, and automations, without needing to resort to a different program for each need. This simplifies daily work, avoids duplications, and improves communication between departments. Additionally, it ensures that all information and documentation are integrated, with access control, traceability, document retention, and compliance with data protection regulations. Overall, the result is a much more efficient, secure, and organized management.

  ### 2. Autonomy and intelligent document management: R2 Docuo is essential

**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

What I like most about R2 Docuo is the autonomy it provides. Being able to manage and adapt the platform to the organization's needs without constantly relying on third parties is a great advantage and brings a lot of agility to daily work.

Additionally, it has features that make a difference, such as electronic signatures, online forms, field configuration, and especially the dropdown lists related between categories, which allow for the creation of an intelligent, organized, and fully connected document repository.

After almost 10 years as a user and administrator of R2 Docuo, I can say that it has evolved along with our needs and has become an essential tool in my daily life. It not only helps us optimize processes but also facilitates much more efficient and secure document management.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

More than aspects I don't like, I believe there are some features that could be incorporated to further improve the user experience:

1. An integrated spell checker in text fields, which would facilitate writing and help avoid errors.
2. A more complete text editor, with formatting options like bold, italics, underline, or lists, both in text fields and forms.
3. The ability to attach multiple documents in a single file-type field without needing to compress them beforehand.
4. Greater integration with "external" communication tools. It would be very useful to be able to reply to received emails directly and have an instant messaging system, similar to the activity tab, but aimed at external accounts. This would facilitate communication during workflows, especially for requesting information, making clarifications, or tracking the status of a task, reducing the need to use statuses.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, it prevents heterogeneity in work methods and documentation used, allowing for order, centralization, and standardization.

**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

The way I manage and use workflows to simplify daily procedures has been very useful to me. Things that were once difficult have now become easy and more manageable.

The tool's cross-functionality and flexibility make it essential in the daily routine of any team that wants to streamline their routine.

Additionally, it allows for control and quality of information that aids in decision-making and provides visibility to many less visible processes.

And of course, one of the advantages is the evolution it has undergone over all these years, which has exponentially multiplied the level of the tool and the quality of the processes that can be digitized.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

Actually, what I don't like about the program is not having as much time as I would like to fully explore its new features. I think that when repositories are complex and already have a certain size, it would be useful to have a way to incorporate improvements without it being so much work.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, Docuo solves 90% of the tasks of all central departments. Being such a flexible tool, there is nothing it cannot handle.

**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

When you start using R2 Docuo, it takes between 5 to 10 minutes to become an expert in its handling. It is a tool that makes the process of receiving documentation, its control, and tracking simple. It becomes very powerful due to its ease of integrating various workflows and allowing users to have all the necessary information for their work on a single screen.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

I think it would be very useful to have an initial Dashboard interface with graphs that represent progress and pending tasks.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

R2 Docuo helps eliminate document tracking processes based on spreadsheets, emails, and other tools that are not suitable for simple and complete tracking. It automates the processes by adding automated tasks such as sending emails when an action occurs or a date arrives. Its automatic templates function allows users not to worry about creating letters or reports in each case; the process simply runs normally and the documents are generated automatically.

**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

Docuo has allowed us to centralize document management and digitize key processes within the organization, which has improved traceability, information control, and operational efficiency. I would especially highlight its document management capabilities, process automation, and electronic signature, as they facilitate daily work and reduce manual tasks. Additionally, it is a flexible platform, capable of adapting to the needs of different departments and various use cases.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

There are several opportunities for improvement that would bring great value to users:

* Analytics and reporting: providing KPIs on user activity, platform usage, and traceability of access to documentation, facilitating tracking and data-driven decision-making.

* Artificial Intelligence applied to searches: complementing the current capabilities of automatic data extraction with semantic searches over the full content of documents, allowing information to be located using natural language without relying solely on fields or summaries and without the need to apply prior parameters.

* Sharing functionality: expanding the options for sharing documents to allow the sending of multiple documents via download links, similar to how the "Send by email" functionality works. The sharing option currently offers greater configuration and security possibilities, such as access restrictions, password protection, and advanced permission management, but it is only possible if a single document is shared.

* Automatic spell checking in text-type fields

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

R2 Docuo has helped us to digitize and optimize the document management of the company, reducing the dependence on paper, manual tasks, and information scattered across different tools. The centralization of documentation, along with process automation and electronic signatures, has allowed us to gain efficiency, improve document control, increase traceability, and strengthen compliance with regulatory requirements.

Their ability to adapt to any type of procedure is remarkable. We've requested everything from audits to documentation and integrations, and in every case, they found a way to do it.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

In some cases, there are existing products on the market that don't exist in theirs, which means they have to develop them. I know they are currently working on it to be able to offer products, but until now they've had to develop procedures that already exist in other solutions.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Repetitive daily processes help us avoid having to manually enter certain information and allow us to generate reports automatically. The process is intuitive and easy to implement in most cases.

**What do you like best about R2 Docuo?**

As a child psychologist, R2 Docuo allows me to keep track of all my therapy sessions and my patients' payments. It also gives me a clear business overview of how my income is evolving. On top of that, it provides the peace of mind of knowing that all confidential information is stored securely.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

Entering the information still takes time, but that's not due to the tool itself. In any case, the value it provides makes the effort well worth it.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Comprehensive practice management for child psychology clinics, including appointment scheduling, opportunity management, secure client records, payment tracking, and session management.

Digitize, streamline, optimize, and gain greater control over processes that were previously done manually or with Excel.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

I would like it to be more visual and to offer the possibility of having a dashboard of indicators. I would also appreciate it if the formulas were explained in greater detail, in order to make better use of the tool when managing and taking full advantage of its functionalities.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier for me to control the processes and know at what point each process is in a centralized way.

It is quite intuitive and helps to keep all the information organized and accessible. Additionally, I greatly value the peace of mind knowing that the documents are centralized and well-controlled.

On some occasions, certain searches or processes could be more agile.

**What problems is R2 Docuo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help prevent the dispersion of information and make it easier for all documents to be organized in one place. Particularly, it allows me to work more efficiently and have quick access to the information I need when it has to be available for an audit.

It is a reliable, intuitive, and agile manager. Its handling is comfortable and easy to learn. It has many functions that allow you to improve the daily activity of using a document manager.

**What do you dislike about R2 Docuo?**

Perhaps the search for documents is the most cumbersome. The use of dashes, periods, and other characters in the document designations makes the search not so effective.
