"QX’s Collaborative Team Helped Us Scale AI Agents Fast"

What do you like best about QX Labs?

We are on an Enterprise plan with QX and they’ve spent a lot of time helping to custom-develop agents and workflows that plug into our internal system via their API. This has meaningfully accelerated the rate at which we’ve been able to roll out AI across our org, which is being used daily by users. We use their agents to collect data, run company and market research and score prospects. These need to run at large scale (collecting and processing millions of records). The team has been super collaborative in getting us there. I like the clean UI/UX too, it's a joy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QX Labs?

They're a small team, which was something we considered when we signed on (we were choosing between a few players including larger incumbents). In practice it's been a net positive as they ship fast and the entire team is technical, so we get direct access to builders rather than layered support. That has suited our way of working but if you’re used to big vendors with large account teams and more of a consulting approach then it’s a different experience. What problems is QX Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit has been the speed at which we’ve gotten our whole team using AI every day and embedding it into their own specific workflows. Instead of building agent infrastructure ourselves, we use their platform to run agents and automations at scale without worrying about implementation detail. We can focus on the use cases and business logic that drive value for our team, and they handle the plumbing, integrations, model upgrades etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
