Quotient has the marketing functions built in, so I can spend my time training the agent on my brand and data instead of training it on how marketing works. Once I had a few agent jobs running, it noticeably lightened my workload, and the content it delivers is easy to tweak rather than something I have to rewrite.
Performance has been reliable. The return on investment shows up in time savings and in having one centralized tool instead of several.
The team is very hands-on with support. They want customers to succeed, and the product keeps evolving, with new features shipping regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onboarding takes real hands-on support because you’re starting from a blank page, and you need to budget time up front to load in your brand voice, positioning, and examples. That’s true of any AI agent, since output quality is only as good as the resources you give it. It’s still worth going in knowing that the first stretch is an investment, and that a blank page means more setup than a tool with pre-built templates. My advice is to lean on the Quotient team early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
