"Quotient: All-in-One, Organized Marketing Campaigns with Next-Level Support"

What do you like best about Quotient?

Everything is all in one place, so I'm not going back and forth between AI tools, Marketing tools, google docs, etc. I store all our company's info in the Memory section and then whenever I want to create a campaign it's drawing on real information and case studies. It can not only plan out an entire campaign including a task for every deliverable, but it can also create the deliverables that I want it to create, and everything is incredibly organized so it's all easy to refer back to. And now with the analytics features I can see how different things are performing, including emails.

The support I have received from the team at Quotient is next level, they are available for assistance whenever I need it. Whether it's to go in depth on marketing strategy, or to check on a bug or issue I've seen. They are incredibly quick at responding and they also are very open to feedback.

Quotient integrates with a lot of the platforms we already use so it was easy to add to our tech stack. And the team is always working on new integrations so I feel like the value just keeps increasing. For the price it's delivering a ton of features for a lot less than other products. What do you dislike about Quotient?

Like any tool, there are bugs one in a while. Sometimes the AI will time out, I think when you input too many things into one message or instruction. Also, being an early adopter of a tool means being OK with things updating and changing regularly. I happen to like that, but it might be hard for some users to adapt to.

I had some issues pulling lists from HubSpot into Quotient for emails, but the team was super responsive in helping figure out what the problem was and fixing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quotient solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Content creation: As a team of one marketer currently, I am able to lean on Quotient for creating content like blog posts, articles, guides, etc. Because I have set up the memory with all of our real company info and data, it's drawing on things we already have to create helpful resources for our website. I also use it for help with our monthly email newsletter. I find that I can get a really good first draft of things, and then go in and edit to make sure it is exactly how I want it.

2) Conference management: I don't know that this is what the tool was designed for, but I have found it a huge help with conferences. I created a campaign template for how I want to manage conferences and now everytime we have a new conference to work on I create a new campaign and all of the deliverables I know I need are set up. I also created a template in the memory for evaluating potential conferences to attend based on a specific rubric for our company. Instead of doing all of that manually, it gets about 75% of it done for me and then I can go in and do the rest of the details that might be harder for AI to research. It has saved me a ton of time and also found aspects of conferences that I might have otherwise missed.

3) Sales enablement: Quotient has all of our company info stored and it's a huge help when starting a new sales enablement piece. I can describe the prospect and pain points and it goes int our memory and pulls out the exact data points and quotes from previous case studies that will work the best for that ICP.

4) Webinars: Quotient connects to Zoom so we will be using it to manage our webinar communications going forward, including pre and post webinar emails, and tracking attendance.
