And that Quinyx listens to the company requests we put forward, to improve our daily work. However, it needs a little time since it is so new. Some reports you can only take out one unit at a time, takes more time. I would like to take out all units at once. It includes all parameters we need beyond scheduling, such as budget and costs. We like the simplicity and the whole layout of the system. **What do you dislike about Quinyx?** The problem is that the time punch can go over 24 hrs and even longer but still not show a warning when you certify, even though it is a different date than the one chosen. It becomes very risky that you are even able to do that, especially during salary payout periods. Another issue is that there is no warning or message that is given when an employee’s contract expires and a shift is added manually. This of course causes a delay in the payout of this employee’s salary as the shift is added but no salary is registered. We have noticed a few bugs in the system but hope that all will be resolved when NEO is launched. Sometimes the system freezes & confuses data and you would need to log out then back in for everything to work like it is supposed to. For example: if an employee is registered as absent, the log appears elsewhere (not where it is supposed to); but if you log out and log back in the registration seems correct. Another example is when an employee punches in but the log falls into the wrong place even though there is already a shift registered. Or when you choose to assign a shift to a person and you select a particular name, the field appears blank. The person you have selected for the shift does not appear until you have saved the activity, logged out and then logged back in. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. **What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are that we now have a clearer system. We appreciate that you can see staff costs and other costs and compare with the hourbudget and the staffbudget. It's good that there is optimized scheduling in Quinyx. ### 37.
