We appreciate how simple it is to send emails and text messages using Quickpage. The template feature is also something we enjoy, as it allows us to provide our teams with an approved and user-friendly communication tool.

The reporting is tricky, but when I let them know they said that this is currently being worked on.

It is allowing us to send personalized text and video communication. We like that we can also add custom attachments.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

Quickpage turns every “Hello, how are you?” into a micro-meeting that moves the sale forward without you having to chase anyone. That, my friend, is modern magic.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

The disadvantage so far is that when you upload in reels format, the screen or view does not adapt to that format but to the traditional video format.

The main problem it solves is having a page with different videos for onboarding my business.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

It is so user friendly, support staff to answer any questions. My customer's love the easy view from it when I send them a video. It has helped our business so much and I would recommend it to anyone especially sales. I use it daily, sending customers or potential clients a video or information board on what we're speaking on. It works well with any device. The AI chat helps with wording an excellent body to the message. It helps my customers really find the sound decision to make when sending a video of what we're looking at.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

I haven't found any cons to using QP, if i had to say one.. when I am attaching a longer video it can take a minute to process it but thats all.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are very responsive to any issue I think we're having in response to QP. But any time we have an issue it is solved in a matter of minutes and relayed back to us that it has been completed

In today's fast-paced world, first impressions are everything. That's why it's crucial for businesses to make a lasting impact when they first interact with potential customers. However, reaching out to customers can be challenging, especially when traditional methods like email and phone calls often go unanswered. That's where a product like Quickpage comes in and makes this first point of contact effortless. We are able to link our CRM tool to Quickpage and send the page directly to the customer via email or text, in a matter of seconds. I use this application EVERYTIME I get a new customer and it breaks down the

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

No downsides to this product. From the quick notifications when a customer has viewed or responded to your page, to the ease of integration between our customer database and the application, Quickpage has it all.

When a customer submits an inquiry and only gives us their email to contact them, it's very difficult to become personal with the customer and have a genuine first impression. Quickpage completely eliminates that difficulty by being an outlet to put a face to the name and show the customer how happy you are to help them

Quickpageapp.com is seriously awesome! it is quick and easy to create personalized video messages and share them with clients and colleagues. The best part is that it's way more user-friendly than its competitors, making it a breeze to navigate and use. Plus, the customization options are top-notch, allowing me to add my own branding and style to the videos. Overall, Quickpage is definitely my go-to for quick and professional video messaging!

There is not much to dislike about quickpage. My only "complaint" is that it is used mostly for the Car sales niche when it has so much more versatility and is a great tool for anybody wanting to send personalized video messages to customers, clients, and leads!

Quickpageapp.com has been an invaluable tool for me as an online health coach. It has significantly improved my client communication, making it more personalized and engaging through video messages. **What do you like best about Quickpage?**

I like how easy it is to use. I film on my phone then immediately go to my computer and send my video to my customer and it takes about 3 minutes to do it all. This has made my life so much easier sending videos. Also, the customer support I receive is great. If I have any questions or need anything the response I get is fast and very helpful.

There really is nothing I don't like about Quickpage.

It helps make filming and sending my videos a piece of cake. Now that I have started using them, they look much more professional and I get better reponses from customers.

love that you can send videos and photos straight from your phone! Very easy to incorperate into your CRM, I use VinSolutions and it records all quickpage updates, chats and keeps track for me! Love it, use it all the time and made it a huge part of our process. Great support from the team when you have a question or issue, would definatly reccomend! Very easy to learn too!

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

it would be helpful if we could 'pause' recording and 'continue' with differnt shots when shooting videos through the app.

I don't like that it does not intergrate with my CRM. That would bring so much value to the application and I would never suspend my subscription!

Personalization with an online internet lead. Putting a face to the name is most beneficial.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

The immediacy and simplicity are terrific!

I am a big video user in my business development activities and was drawn to Quickpages based on that alone.

Once I started using the app I was delighted at the ease of use and effectiveness. I have never recorded video in the field and used it for customer messaging before, but that has changed.

I also use it for internal communication with colleagues and business partners, especially the delivery SMS channel.

Positive feedback from many recipients.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

I am building out my best workflow to bring multiple assets into a piece of communication, especially from the mobile. I am confident I will get that smoothed out soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Quickpage:**

If you are looking to lift your communication game to incorporate video, then Quickpage will enable a fast start and ease of use. Desktop, tablet or mobile - all the same - simple, efficient and effective.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer access and feedback. Cut-through communication with remote customers, colleagues and partners is the biggest benefit.

In the past I have used a mix of email, audio, video and social media to access customers and prospects, but this medium has opened a new door. Being able to provide short sharp conversation to which I can attach links, documents and YouTube, as examples, is a game changer for me. Being able to do this from my mobile as I exit a meeting is a real collaboration boost. The timeliness also means I can put my thoughts and comments to my teammates as they are fresh in my mind and to do it using video gives me the opportunity to bring personality and emotion into the communication.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

I like how well it integrates with my processes and makes my workflow smoother. It really feels like it was made from the mind of a salesperson who faced all the challenges I did when it comes to providing fast and efficient videos for my customers.

There is tons of customization and support as well. It's easy to use but you can still take it quite far in terms of how much you can offer your customer.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

If I had to pick something I'd say what I like least about quick page is that there aren't any really useful customizable templates that would help get you going and showcase what can be done. I'm pretty tech-savvy and had to put in some work to make things look how I wanted.

Some of my less tech-inclined colleagues have had trouble. The tutorials and support are helpful but it's even easier to work with a template.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to quickly send video content to customers whenever a lead comes in and I can't be spending more than 15 minutes on each video. I also need to be able to do this without a computer when I'm not at the office.

Quickpage works just as well on a  desktop as it does on a mobile phone. The way it essentially creates a webpage to send to your customer was a genius idea!

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

Video is here and here to stay! I've been using video as part of my sales process for the past few years. One of the things is to make things easy to not set everything up again. With quickpage you can create customizable pages for different prospects and then edit the thumbnail or gif to make it personalized. One video tons of people can see it and then you know its's them.

Haven't used the sms as I'm waiting for integration with Trello which I don't use but might want to start using with this as part of my sales system, for an intro etc. 

The support is great and the team really cares about their product. If you haven't signed up for the facebook group, go and do it now.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

No white label, but not a big deal for me.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits, would be being able to see if someone saw my video. Adding additional documents such as pdfs that the prospect or client might need.

I love the ease of use and how it lets me provide value to my clients!!! The functionality has made my contact/followup with E-Leads that much better. Even when clients come in the store and are short on time, it allows me to do a test drive, and send them a detail tutorial/walk through of the vehicle in more depth and personalizaiton.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

Honestly the templates are a bit confusing/hard to use. Maybe its because I havent found the training/resource guide. If I could change on thing I would improve the ease of use for templates and add a "show me how to use this" function. If it exists I have not found it.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the barrier of internet leads that don't feel comfortable or want to reach out. When I have wholesale clients for different industries it allows me to take a detailed walk around video for them to review any damages or suprises they want to avoid.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

What I like about Quickpage is its ability to make you a real person to the customer. By creating a short video directly to the customer, is the first step in the meet and greet process of the sale. I know I'm going to enjoy it more after learning today it's the ability to integrate with our VINs software and Facebook. And I plan to use it more regularly as a part of my training tools.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike at this point. I feel like it might be cool to have some different font sizes and style options when editing the pages. However, that isn't something that's kept me from being able to complete what needs to be done.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me the option to share and record the Quickpage screen, which benefits me for creating training material for my company. Also, it allows me to share from other screens and integrates with some of the main platforms in which my company works to be able to access and embed my Quickpages directly from the website that I am working on. Which saves a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

Best way to get 2-way contact with a new lead! Our customers very much appreciate getting a video send compared to a lengthy email. Lots of different features as well when building your quickpage including Call to Action buttons which results is a seamless user experience and ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

I have noticed issues uploading photos sometime to quickpages as it will bring me right back to the photos that have previously been uploaded rather then opening my camera roll.

Quickpages is helping us receive more 2-way communication then we have ever before! = more leads!!

Being able to add a face to anything. You make it genuine and personal to each customer who watches your Quickpage. It helps make the sale knowing the persons face. It can help you be more humanized to customers and not looking at it like a bot.

Quickpage is very convenient for people. Most customers don't answer there phone because the number is unfamiliar or they are just busy. Qickpage helps me put a face to those calls and gives customers a more comfortable feel knowing who there speaking to.

**What do you like best about Quickpage?**

I use Quickpage for sending videos to clients. All I have to do is create the video, upload it into Quickpage where it gets compressed, and then send it to the customer. I love that I can quickly click a link to embed a template into my email so my customer receives a professional presentation.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

Occasionally I have some trouble uploading a video, but if I close the app and re-open it, the video will usually upload. Other than that, the app is quick and easy to use.

**What problems is Quickpage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Quickpage, if I wanted to send a video to a client, the issue was always file size, and compression. Quickpage takes care of all that for me so I can quickly get the video to the customer without fussing around.

Love how you can embed emails with videos that have live gif's. I have found a lot of sucess from customers using this method and I try to use it as much as possible as the customers is always very appriciative to see you putting in the extra effort.

I wish the embed feature was compatable with Tekion messaging which we are using here at our dealership instead of having to send them a long link if i don't have their email. sometimes those long links aren't very appealing to look at and don't catch the customers attention nearly as much

I recently started using QuickPage, one of the best outreach tools I have ever encountered. After years of struggling with plain emails, I can finally share videos, images, documents, and much more in a single message. It has allowed me to connect with my customers much more profoundly than before. 

The interface is straightforward, and I love sending videos from my phone, desktop, or even the Chrome extension. The Live Chat feature is a great way to keep customers engaged throughout their purchasing journey. The real-time notifications are also beneficial because I always know when someone opens my page. 

I highly recommend QuickPage to anyone looking for a simple yet powerful tool to help them connect with their customers. It has made my job easier and given me an edge in the industry!

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

I've yet to come across anything that I dislike. I'll be sure to update my review if I ever do! So far my experience has been smooth sailing, from onboarding to implementation.

Now that my referrals are starting to slow down, I've found it necessary to implement cold outreach strategies. Many tools on the market offer videos and screen recordings with CTAs, but none offer what QuickPage has in store. QuickPage immediately stood out with its SMS capabilities, chat widgets, call widgets, CTA buttons, and ability to add multiple videos. These features are enormous! I can think of many good uses, from sales and onboarding to client reporting.

The unlimited number of pages and the flexibility and ease of quickly setting up a page. I also like the recently added updates of color text, highlights and buttons. You can add a video so swiftly. Sending via email or text has been a game-changer for me. I also love that you can schedule pages to go out; great for birthdays. I love that I know when a person views my page.

Not being able to expand an image I may add to the page. Sometimes the print is too small to see on the image. Allowing the image to be resized would be an improvement.

All I do is a quick, personal video- it's much quicker than typing it- and send it to the people I met networking or leads.

I like that you can send the Quickpage in dozens of different ways, my favourite is the GIF embed option.

Sometimes I find it hard to edit the page as the cursor jumps unexpectedly, it only happens on Chrome and I haven't even reported it to the team.

QP allows the user to customize the experience of its recipient. By sculpting the content, allowing multi links, stored messages, and shortcuts will enable what would look like a professional well thought out page built in less than 20 mins.  Video content is a great way to connect to someone uniquely and memorably, especially in a business environment. Excellent for apple or android products.

**What do you dislike about Quickpage?**

QP allows many ways to use the app better but has them outsourced to third parties or greater level uses of the app. 
Calander feature allows clients to book appointments right there but is powered by another app, and therefore you need both.

Listing inventory for a retailer requires having an additional level or partnership with QP, so you cant pull from your website. 

If these could become more cost-effective or be included in the base app, then I think this is a tool I could see everyone employ

Memorably connecting to clients/customers and stands above the traditional RE: email and occasional phone call. 

Using this tool shows effort to the prospect and helps build value.
