The best thing about QuickMail is that it automates emails. This saves my time and there's no need to do much. It helps in sending personalized emails so that they don't seem like spam.

The dashboard of QuickMail is a bit technical. People who are new or have never used an email automation tool before take quite some time to understand it. It may feel less 'user-friendly' compared to other tools like Lemlist or Mailshake. Connecting an email account can be a bit technical. Setting up domain and security settings can be challenging.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With QuickMail, my email work becomes simpler. It helps me send emails to people I have never talked to before, and by personalizing them, they don't seem like spam. Automatic emails save my time and reduce effort.

The initial setup was very easy and not complicated at all.

I use QuickMail for sending automated emails, mainly for business and outreach. It schedules emails automatically and sends follow-ups if there's no reply, which is super helpful. I like how it helps find and contact potential customers and track who opens or replies to emails. I appreciate that it tells me who opened my mail, how many times it was opened, and when it was opened. Everything runs so smoothly and is easy to operate. The initial setup was so easy, and I get every function easily. I highly recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.

1. Don't know % of emails that are delivered versus bounced by ESP.
2. As of end of 2024, the ability of the platform to 'get it right' based on replies to then initiate a second series of emails sometimes not correct.

B2B cold outreach at scale across multiple brands is simply too time consuming to do without a tool like QuickMail. It directly solves the automation and scale problem.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

I have been a long-time user of Quick Mail beginning in 2015 until I left my organization in 2023. While I know there are many providers in the market, to me, Quickmail beats them all. When I secured employment with a new organization, one of the asks I had was to bring over tools I had previously used and Quickmail was #1 on that list.  I've been once again leveraging this amazing tool!

Whether you're a start-up or an enterprise, Quickmail is a top-tier platform for daily email outreach and the tool needed to help build and scale your book of business. Without Quickmail I know there's no way I could have been able to build my business. 

A few features I like are its strong automation features, detailed reporting, and high deliverability, it's an excellent tool for sales teams and marketers looking to increase their outreach success. The seamless integrations with email and LinkedIn channels are also great features to have. 

The team at Quickmail from the CEO down to the support staff are all wonderful and there to help you with any questions or help needed every step of the way. 

I strongly recommend Quickmail to all colleagues/businesses due to its solid return on investment for those who prioritize email outreach as a key part of their sales process/ strategy.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

The only downside I can think of is the learning curve. It’s generally very user-friendly interface, however, new users may need to spend some time getting familiar with advanced features and settings, particularly those related to automating workflows and managing large-scale campaigns. However, take it from me, for someone who took a year off from using it while I was in between gigs, even though the interface had changed since my last usage, within a few days I picked everything back up again as if I never stopped using it.

There are a couple of problems that Quickmail solves for me : 1) the ability to reach a large scale of prospects/businesses. Without being able to have a mass outreach process, I would not be able to scale my book of business. 2) Knowing if my emails are even being opened and lastly 3) the ability to A/B test messages so you can evaluate which ones are the best to use in your outreach

It's so EASY to use - like, REAL easy. You don't need fancy 2hrs trainings to get up to speed, and not only that, but the platform is so intuitive that you don't even mind spending time setting it up.

I once missed a campaign that I swore was "live", but it wasn't. Maybe having more notifications about pending actions as well? But it's fine, really - the trauma won't make me forget again 🤣

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

I've been using QuickMail for cold and warm email campaigns and honestly, there's no reason to shop elsewhere.  First, just the weekly podcast that Jeremy runs is worth every penny.  They have lots of tips/tricks and insight into the ever changing email landscape.

Within the quickMail system though - it's super easy and organized.  There's a bit of trial and error with any cold email outreach but I'm consistently getting less than 5% bounces and more importantly, I get contracts signed every month.  The tool is invaluable.

Beyond QuickMail - they also have a more indept course on cold email that I highly recommend, but isn't necessary.  I've gone thru the course 2x (it's about an 8 week project) and I highly recommend it as well.

I'm obviously a big fan!!

I can't think of anything.  the platform is pretty affordable and as you build your own skill with the tool it more than pays for itself.

The big challenge for my staffing agency is always getting in front of the correct decision maker.  This helps me accomplish that - once I speak to the right person, the rest is up to me and I'm pretty good at my job :)

Recently, they launched "Deliverability AI," which automates tasks I used to do manually, significantly boosting my efficiency. The support team is exceptional, among the best I’ve encountered. Every support analyst I've interacted with, Elaine, Zane, and Marco — sorry if I forgot someone — has been attentive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused. Even when a direct solution wasn't available, they provided effective alternative solutions. Just because I am required to fill out this field, I would mention the inability to directly edit the HTML of messages and signatures. But there is a workaround, so it’s not critical.

I like how setting up campaigns and A/B tests are simple to set up once you have the system going. All you have to do is write email copies and build prospect lists and Quickmail manages everything else such as inbox rotation and measurement of the campaign's results along with recommendations. It also helps that the owner of the company is a well established expert in cold outreach, signing up for Quickmail feels like a partnership.

Quickmail is difficult to setup in the very beginning and would require some assistance if your team is not very technical. However, their customer support is very accomodating and they reply quickly to any questions you may have.

We are doing cold outreach in a very traditional manner before (sending from your main email domain to name a few). Quickmail allowed us to have a more sophisticated implementation of our cold outreach campaigns. They allowed us to scale our campaigns and reach more audiences. Their resources also helped us train ourselves to perform craft better sales and marketing activities.

I've been using QuickMail for almost 2 years and they've proven time and time again that they can deliver! They have a lot of features that helps us with deliverability but the most recent cool thing that they did is an AI tool that swaps our email accounts automatically. So now I won't need to check our emails manually to make sure our campaigns only send from the best emails.

I haven't encountered any specific issues so far.

We needed to scale up the volume for some of our clients and initially we were nervous about deliverability. With QuickMail it wasn't an issue at all! We're sending high volume campaigns and getting great results. It's really easy to send each campaign from multiple email accounts and we don't have to worry about replacing them if they go bad.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

The tool does what it promises to do and it's working 100% of the time. It's a basic requirement, I know, but with another tool that we've tried, sometimes emails weren't sending and sometimes a lot of emails were sent at the same time, it was very frustrating. With QuickMail, we are confident our emails are sent on time and gradually. Bonus: QuickMail's support also knows the tool inside out and they always go above and beyond in helping us.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

It took me a while to figure out the UI, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually really intuitive.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous tool was very unpredictable so we didn't know whether emails were sending. QuickMail made our outreach consistent and predictable. Most importantly, we're getting the results that we need and more.

nothing as of now its fast and user friendly, cant hate it. maybe UI could be a little modern but its just me.

The #1 problem that Quickmail is helping me with is email deliverability, its by far the best cold email software out there when it comes to email delivarbility.

I really love QuickMail. Easy to use once you understand how it works. Support is great.

Set up your campaign, add leads, create the squence, set the sendign schedule and let it do it's thing.

Stats are easy to see and understand.

I haven't found any downsides so far. It can be a bit complicated if you don't go through the set up steps. But their suppoert is great and they help you get going quickly.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

The Hubspot integration works well, and we are reaching out to many of our old contacts more consistently. Onboarding is well done, and the recent UI upgrade makes the app easier to use.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

There is still some clunkiness regarding umlauts, and sometimes responses are not identified as actual responses in the same thread. But the team is responsive and helps with issues.

To keep in touch with my contacts in a more consistent fashion. Something I did with copy paste, but never consistently, is now automated.

A colleague of mine told me about QuickMail, saying it helped his org generate a bunch of new leads. We've been using it for the past few weeks and we have seen a big uptick in the number of new leads coming in the door with a very high response rate to our emails.

I wish it were integrated with Salesforce so we could automatically generate leads/opportunities in SF.

I really love their stats. I can see how things are performing for all my clients really quickly. I can also run clean A/B tests so it's faster to make optimizations to my campaigns. I love that we can break down stats based on email service providers for my senders and for my leads.

Everything. It's easy to use, it's very personazable. Has a great algorithm using Gmail and i don't get the error "you exceed your limit". The system of sending emails is very easy to understand. I use it everyday and I send 1200 emails. It's easy to implement. Ease Integration. great customer support has helped me for 2 days to set-up everything, great guys, with lots of links to videos, great experience.

There aren'y any. Jeremy said that you'll have a new UI and I'm curious how it will look like. But for now I like everything, it's vert functional.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

I really like the fact that it is incredibly easy and straightforward to use this tool. This is by far the best tool I've ever used to do cold email outreach. I also like the auto warm-up feature which I believe is absolutely necessary in this space. The reporting on the campaigns is extremely detailed which makes it easier to take better data-driven decisions. Overall, amazing tool and I highly recommend it. Also, their training is top-notch in the cold outreach space.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

It's not that I dislike this, it's just that I wish that the auto warm-up was faster. However, I do understand that it needs to be the way it is, so no complaints I just wish that.

Where do I start with what I like the best?! Everything!

OK, to be more specific. Quickmail's support response time is the best! They help sort out any support queries swiftly and efficiently.

The best has to be the features. Similar companies are wayyyy behind in terms of features. From built-in error detection system to the 'Bucket System' for easy scheduling, Quicmail has thought of everything.

Also, as an agency owner, Quickmail is the only system that makes it possible to send emails on behalf of clients without needing access to their inboxes. This feature is GOLD!!!

Oh yes, and Jeremy's tips are insane. I've learnt so much from him and continue to do so weekly.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

You cannot automate LinkedIn messages from within their platform. Then again, no other email automation system has that. I've tested all of Quickmail's competitors, and they are hands down the best.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email Scheduling. Integration with other systems such as pipedrive and more. The biggest is the error detection system. With other tools, if you make a mistake, the system doesn't detect it and will allow you to send emails that contains errors. When working at scale, this is a real issue

Does its job as it's supposed to. Easy to use if you're familiar with email automation tools.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

Abysmal customer service. They do not have the option to cancel service in advance and will not give you a prorated refund if you cancel immediately. I was trying to cancel on the last day of my subscription, but their system did not let me, and when I contacted customer service, it took them long enough to help, so I was charged for another month. They did issue a refund, but only after mocking me for showing my frustration in my chats and emails to contact them.
