I truly enjoy my Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping appointments. I have learned so much from my assigned bookkeeper. She is thorough, detailed, and helps to teach me so I can truly understand the what, the why, and the how behind everything that I am putting into and getting out of my business books. There are a lot of generic and redundant reminders about updates or requests each month in my already overstuffed email box. I have learned to ignore these reminders, as they are most of the time not important enough to be reminded about. Therefore the sheer excess of reminders is doing me a disservice. I wish the reminder emails could be less generic, so like a quick text perhaps, I could get the info I needed out of them rather than having to leave what I am doing to log into Quickbooks Online to then see that it is something which is not relevant at that moment.
