I love this platform for its capability to easily create forms and distribute to ensure maximum reach to the target respondents. This platform is simple to use and makes it comfortable even for first time users. The analytics is also there in this platform that can generate results for informed decision making. The platform also supports importing of surveys which greatly reduces the time taken for the forms or survey to be build. Not only this this capability also enriches the quality of the form. I felt that this onboarding process was not as smooth as I comprehended. I also felt that the performance of this platform could also be improved. The pricing of this platform can also be made a little bit more moderate. Having an active AI to assist and good integration tools can greatly enhance the capabilities of this platform.
