What do you like best about Querri?

What I like best is how much time it saves me. I don't write SQL, I don't go digging through our tables to remember how they're structured, and I don't have to context-shift into analyst mode to pull the right data. I just ask the question I actually want answered, in plain language, and Querri handles the rest. Getting to stay high-level like that is the whole value for me.

The answers come back as visualizations, so I can put them in front of the team without worrying about anyone's technical fluency. Everyone just gets it immediately. I don't have to explain a query or walk through a table, they see the chart and they're with me.

It has also changed who can answer a data question here. It used to be whoever was comfortable writing SQL. Now anyone on the team can dig in, which means more of our decisions come from real numbers instead of a hunch. The data cleaning is better than I expected too. It takes messy files from different places and gets them usable without me fixing formatting first.

A concrete example: pulling our customer data together each week used to take at least an hour, because we always wanted different segments and different questions answered. I hooked up our PostgreSQL DB, and now I ask Querri a few minutes before the meeting and walk in with a custom dashboard ready to go. Worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Querri?

There was so much in there that at first it was hard to know where to start. They've recently updated the onboarding though, so it's much more streamlined now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Querri solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting an answer out of our data used to mean learning a heavy BI tool or waiting on the one person who knew it. So a lot of questions just never got asked. When the right data was too time consuming or hard for the right people to get to, we'd just guess or assume and move on. Querri took that bottleneck out. Anyone can now pull their own answers, build a dashboard to share in minutes, and keep going.

The payoff is speed and access. We decide faster because the data is not locked behind a specialist or a complex tool, and more of us are looking at the same numbers. For a small company where nobody has time to be a full-time analyst, that is a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
