What do you like best about Quartz Job Scheduler?

What do you dislike about Quartz Job Scheduler?

I was using the job scheduler for a heavy enterprise Java based application, but for very lightweight or simple tasks that don't require complex scheduling or persistent job storage, using Quartz might be overkill. What problems is Quartz Job Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Java developer working on a complex web application, One of my favorite aspects of Quartz was its job chaining feature. We had a sequence of tasks that needed to be executed in a particular order.
