Our Account Manager, Cesar Barbosa, has been particularly valuable. He takes the time to understand our strategy and commercial objectives, provides constructive recommendations, coordinates effectively with the relevant channel specialists, and ensures agreed actions are followed through. The structured weekly reporting and progress reviews give us clear visibility of performance, priorities and next steps.
