It is easy to use once you learn it, very easy. If you are using the same functions over and over each day you can really learn a lot. The pictures on the screen are also very helpful. They show you exactly what you are looking for and the drop down menu shows you what you are looking for. In my last role I used the same drop downs and the same applications every day so I knew how to use the software very well. Although it is a very easy software to use. It does have a lot of flaws. The software is limited in its use. You as the user have to tailor it to fit your company's needs and it does take a long time to set things up. The software itself does have many glitches as well. It tends to freeze a lot. It also depends on the user's settings and the operating system. It tends to freeze more for certain people than others. I wish this system was more reliable and that it was easier to setup and manage. There are a lot of glitches that need to be fixed.
