What do you like best about Qualtrics Market Research?

Qualtrics does a phenomenal job of balancing making the process of creating surveys as easy as possible, while offering one of the most robust and flexible systems out there. Branching logic? Sure thing! Piped text from previous selections? No problem! Looking for ways to easily report on and analyze your data? You got it. What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?

It's expensive, but functionality-wise you get what you pay for. One issue I've seen is with site reliability. While collaborating to put surveys together we've seen some flaky stuff start to happen. Also, their success managers seem to change as often as the seasons; and often seem to be too busy to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics Market Research solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting insights at scales typical for quantitative studies, and also in tandem with their site intercept tool. We also have found that their analysis tools meet the need 99% of the time vs. us going out and getting SPSS or the like. We've used it to identify latent customer need states, update and refine existing segmentation data, provide a recurring quasi-VoC deck, and many other things.
