What do you like best about Qualtrics Market Research?

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?

The text (size and format) is not real easy to change. You have to use the rich content editor, just a little clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qualtrics Market Research solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using Qualtrcis CoreXM to get customer feedback. I like sending personalized links so that I can track who has responded and that allows me to follow up with those that haven't responded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
