What do you like best about Qualtrics Market Research?

It is fairly user-friendly (interface-wise) and by far one of the most robust survey solutions out there. You can design any kind of survey on Qualtrics, whether it is more of a free-text input type or a more traditional multiple-choice one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?

It has its quirks - some of the Qualtrics/survey science terminology is not fully unpacked to users. You eventually get used to it, but when you are beginning to use it, you need some time to understand what each word (like intercept) means. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
