The platform is relatively easy to use but the support team is the real plus - they're helpful and responsive if anything comes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?

It's a bit clunky with the survey and logic creation portions separate - it would be much easier if they were located together, so you could write logic in the same place you create questions rather than navigating to a separate page to overlay the logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
