"A great team that makes completing qualitative research a breeze"

What do you like best about QualMeeting?

QualMeeting is a rather intuitive platform that has become my preferred technology for completing qualitative research. I love that they have a “blind” backroom so members of my team and clients can join to view sessions without it feeling overwhelming for those being interviewed. There is a chat so that it is easy for everyone in the background to communicate with each other, the moderator and the tech support team. Having direct messaging feature is also very helpful, particularly for sending notes to the moderator in real time. The team behind QualMeeting is very dedicated to customer service, ensuring my and my projects’ needs are met at every step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QualMeeting?

The only challenge I’ve run into when using QualMeeting is that one client had firewalls that block the platform from their server. However, we found a workaround, and QualMeeting tech support was quick to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QualMeeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

When looking for members of a very specific target audience, especially when you want that audience to be represented nationally, local focus groups are challenging and don't always fulfill research needs. We previously would have to plan multiple in-person focus groups in a handful of key cities. Now, using QualMeeting ensures we are able to connect with the right target audience effectively AND efficiently, all while making the client feel like they are included without having to coordinate travel and additional expenses.
