What do you like best about Quality Clouds for ServiceNow?

The interface which gives great level of detail around the issues (categorised appropriately), customisations, best practice violations, and pin points who has been at fault. The Live check feature helps the developers immensely. It has led to significant savings of effort before and post upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quality Clouds for ServiceNow?

I would like the ability to drill down further from the browser based interface itself and link customisations identified to story requirements in future. It isn't extremely important, just a desire to get more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
