"A valuable lead qualification tool for our marketing agency"

5/5

What do you like best about QualifyBase?

We use QualifyBase at Hypno Digital, and I have been very happy with its lead qualification capabilities. What I like most is how it helps us assess incoming leads and decide where to focus our attention. Lead qualification is an important part of our work as a digital marketing agency, and QualifyBase has been a valuable addition to that process. Overall, I am very satisfied with our experience and would happily recommend it to other agencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QualifyBase?

I do not have any significant dislikes to highlight at this stage. Overall, I am very satisfied with our experience using QualifyBase for lead qualification at Hypno Digital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QualifyBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

At Hypno Digital, we are a digital marketing agency serving clients in the US and the UK, including London. Generating leads is only one part of the process; understanding which enquiries are relevant and deserve attention is just as important. QualifyBase helps us with this lead qualification process, giving us a clearer basis for prioritising follow-up. The main benefit is a more focused approach to handling leads and a better understanding of lead quality alongside campaign performance. We are very happy with the value it brings to our work.
